One of the staff was seen lifting my toddler grandson off the ground by his arm. When told to not do that by my daughter (who also worked there) because it could cause injury, an argument apparently ensued. Staff member was totally unaware of possible dislocation of elbow joint. Daughter immediately pulled her son out and quit. Do not entrust them with the care of your young child.
