Just pulled my 4 year old out today. I did not like the way Jocelyn spoke to me or my daughter. They ask you to download an app, to keep connected. But they don't post anything in the app. And when I would ask about my daughter's day and what happened, it's like pulling teeth. They don't give you any kind of report, or information. They don't give you a news letter to keep you updated on things they will be doing. There is absolutely no communication. Jocelyn gave me an attitude and yelled at my daughter. Which makes me question what goes on when I'm not there. My daughter has also made it clear she did not like it there. She wasn't excited and always said she doesn't "feel well about her teacher." There is no structure, everything is all over the place and it's very chaotic. She can't keep her staff, she has had a bunch of people quit. This place is not what it used to be and I think Jocelyn needs to close it down.
Mama LlamaJun 18, 2024I was really torn on writing this review but once my son started saying "God is great God is good let us thank him for our food" before meals and we're far from religious I knew I had to let others know. If it wasn't for the 3 people that personally took care of my son while he was there (you know who you are) this review would be 1 star. The issue purely is the owner Jocelyn. The first red flag was my wife picked up our son and Jocelyn said he was bad during the day and if he wasn't better he'd have to stay in her office all day. When we asked our son about this he said Miss Jocelyn hit him. Now I know this is probably exaggerated but the fact you threatened to keep him in your office all day is beyond unacceptable. So in summation if you'd like the owner of your child's daycare to be more involved than she should be, possibly slap children, and teach them to say prayers before meals this is the place for you.
