Hello my name is Jasmine my daughter is now going on 2 years old and this center has been her 3rd daycare. Can you image the amount of fears and emotions any mother or parent was faced and up against and not only that with me being a first time single mother who works full time and is in grad school my schedule is pretty hectic yet when I brought my daughter to this center not only was she welcomed with open arms so was I from the moment of when I dropped her off up until pick up time. Ms Racheal is very open to communication and loves my daughter like her very own. I grew a connection not only within the daycare but even a personal one and not many can say that about their child center or daycare. My daughter has over came so many different fears and has grown into her own little bust body in her own way. They always keep a line of open communication especially with knowing my work life in which I can’t always have free access to my phone. Anytime I need to call or have any questions the ladies here are always willing to help and go the extra mile for my daughter. She will most definitely be in here until she’s ages out of daycare!
Jasmine TilleryOct 15, 2025Truly the best daycare! My 4yr old daughter has been to two different Daycares before this one and, she will remain here until Kindergarten! The first Daycare was robbing me by demanding tuition be paid on Monday and, then sent my child home on Wednesday for having a cold and the teacher not wanting to get sick. Keeping my money!!! This happened TWICE!!! 😡 The second Daycare couldn't handle my daughter being spoiled and determined to do things her way. She was 2 or 3yrs old!!! Teachable Moments Learning Academy is the BEST!!! Affordable, professional and they ACTUALLY love their jobs and the kids! My daughter is a whole job by herself and I'm completely comfortable leaving her here while I work. COMPLETELY. It takes a village to to raise children these days and with Teachable Moments Learning Academy, you get EXACTLY that.
Lewis ButcherJun 13, 2024Teachable moments is like second home to my kid the way my child has been here since the age of 3years and she’s now 10 and won’t be leaving until the cut off age which is 12yrs old the original staff here are awesome the director and the owner has been nothing but kind hearted caring and shows concern and understanding to all the kids they come across. I appreciate them they have been there for me and my kids . 🫶🏾🫶🏾 Thank you Teachable Moments 😍😍
Mary WoodsMay 14, 2024I’m a mom of 5 who was always a stay at home mom with my 4 oldest. When my youngest was born I was knee deep into starting a business. From the first phone call Rachel and the Amazing Staff made me feel comfortable. Miss.Marissa was the first “stranger” I left any of my kids with and she was so gentle with no only my 6 month old baby bit with me. She would constantly keep me updated and would always share pictures a videos to make my heart feel at ease. My son is now 6 years old and in big boy school but when we drive pass the daycare he says I miss my old school mommy. I miss traceable moments too.
Amanda RussellApr 20, 2024My son and daughter have been enrolled since 2018. The teachers are an extension of family, they take such good care of my kids. They run a great program and move children up based on skills and a good fit rather than just waiting on age. The summer program is amazing and engaging for my school age kiddo. We are very happy! Teachable Moments is a wonderful, safe, clean place for kids to play and learn!
