During the last four years we have had a wonderful experience at Teddy Bear College. The teachers are attentive, supportive, and truly build great relationships with the children. It's clear they genuinely care about each child's well-being and development. One of my favorite things is the creative and thoughtful crafts our daughter brings home. The activities are engaging and show how much effort the teachers put into making learning fun. I also love the smaller class sizes, which allow for more individualized attention and help create a close-knit, nurturing environment. The communication with parents is outstanding. The app and technology they use are modern, easy to navigate, and keep families connected throughout the day. The staff frequently shares photos and updates, giving parents a glimpse into their child's daily experiences. They are also very conscientious about communicating important information promptly, whether it's a food allergy concern, a minor scrape, or even a sweet, compassionate moment your child shared with a classmate. Most importantly, we always felt that our daughter was safe, happy, and cared for. Knowing our child is in a loving and supportive environment provides incredible peace of mind. I highly recommend Teddy Bear College to any family looking for a preschool that truly feels like an extension of home.
Krystian Superville-JugosJun 8, 2026My daughter has been at teddy bear college since she was 2 and a half. She is about to graduate. The staff are AMAZING. We get reports and pictures throughout the day of what they are doing. Field trips and carnivals and so many fun actives for the kids. If you’re looking for a preschool this is the one! My daughter has learned so much and I’m confident she’s prepared to start kindergarten.
Lindsey GoebelMay 22, 2026We transferred to TBC from one of those big name corporate daycare/preschools and it was the best decision we could have made for our girl. The staff and families at TBC are so welcoming and the kids are truly in wonderful hands. My daughter graduates to Kindergarten this September and I’m confident that TBC has prepared her well for that transition. Not only that, both she and I have made lifelong friendships with TBC kiddos and families, which to me is priceless.
Christina VoigtApr 7, 2026We have loved Teddy Bear College. My son has been going there for a little over a year for Pre-K and he absolutely loves going to school. He is close to his teachers and they are wonderful with him. My daughter does the Big Bear Summer Camp and has had a blast with all of the activities the staff plans. The facility is clean, warm, and inviting and the staff works incredibly hard to maintain it.
Michelle Olson IsomApr 7, 2026TBC was incredible to our family. They provided a warm, nurturing environment that truly helped shape our son’s social skills and confidence. The teachers were so helpful and worked beautifully with outside therapists. They really made us feel like we were a team and put our sons best interests first and advocated for him. Their patience, communication, and dedication helped him grow in ways we couldn’t have imagined. We are so grateful for the love and expertise they poured into his journey.
Beth LeszczynskiDec 9, 2025We started my daughter at Teddy Bear College about a month and a half ago after leaving another daycare. The way Teddy Bear College has made my daughter feel like she belongs and makes us feel like we belong is absolutely WONDERFUL! My daughter LOVES all staff, She is three and They're teaching her how to write her letters already so she will be WELL PREPARED for Kindergarten, The last daycare didn't do that with my son and he's extremely behind academically now that he's in Kindergarten. Miss. Demi and Miss. Kaylee are fantastic with my daughter, they're all very Communicative and always let us parents know how our child or children are doing. Tiffany the director is nothing SHORT OF FABULOUS. I'm so glad we enrolled in Teddy Bear College!

Is TEDDY BEAR COLLEGE a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?
- Yes. TEDDY BEAR COLLEGE holds Pennsylvania certificate 100279167-0001, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Bucks County. The current certificate runs to August 14, 2027. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.
What is TEDDY BEAR COLLEGE's Keystone STARS rating?
- Pennsylvania rates TEDDY BEAR COLLEGE STAR 4, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on April 7, 2026. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.
Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against TEDDY BEAR COLLEGE?
- No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against TEDDY BEAR COLLEGE at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.
Does TEDDY BEAR COLLEGE accept child care subsidy?
- Yes. TEDDY BEAR COLLEGE holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 16.
Does this page show inspection results for TEDDY BEAR COLLEGE?
- No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects TEDDY BEAR COLLEGE's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
