Cuddle Zone was by far the best daycare my 2-year-old daughter attended before we moved. She was there for a few months, and I can honestly say the staff was amazing. They were super friendly, caring, gentle, and truly treated the kids like their own. I fully trusted them with my daughter, which means everything as a parent. They also returned our security deposit when we decided to leave, which showed their professionalism and honesty. If we had stayed in the area, my daughter would absolutely still be going there. What I loved most was how much they focused on teaching and independence. My daughter learned so much while attending. They have sinks at the children’s level so they can learn to wash their hands before eating, they help transition kids from sippy cups to open cups, and they encourage them to eat on their own even if it gets a little messy because that’s how children learn and grow. My daughter was always so happy at pickup, which said a lot. There was one occasion where my daughter fell, and they informed us immediately. They didn’t try to hide it or make excuses, they were honest, explained exactly what happened, and handled it professionally. That honesty made me trust them even more. Another huge plus is that their classrooms are not overcrowded like many other daycares. I’ve seen places with 20 kids and only 2 teachers, which is crazy to me. Cuddle Zone was never like that, and it made a big difference in the level of care. I’m actually writing this review a few months after leaving because I recently did a walkthrough at another daycare in my new area, and it made me realize just how great we had it at Cuddle Zone. I immediately noticed so many flaws at the new daycare that made me uncomfortable leaving my daughter there. Cuddle Zone set such a high standard, and it’s hard to find another place that compares. I truly love this daycare and highly recommend it.
J RamosMay 1, 2026My daughter absolutely loves going to school here. The teachers and staff are always so kind and welcoming. It makes such a difference as a parent knowing your child is happy and supported at school. We’ve had a great experience years ago with our oldest child and now with our youngest we are very thankful for everyone there!
Jocelyn DenizMar 18, 2026This center is by far the best learning center I could have ever picked for my children to attend. My youngest son and daughter were being taken care of by my mother prior to them attending and I was beyond worried on having them attend daycare. That worry quickly went away after day one. All of the staff are so welcoming and caring. You won’t regret having your children attend!
Maria AlbinoAug 8, 2025Would give them zero stars if I could. They are so friendly upon arrival but 2 kids in different classes and it was horrible experience , my nephew kept breaking out in rashes on his face and bottom from them not changing him on time and leaving him on the floor a dirty carpet even tho repeatedly being told about his sensitive skin and frequent breakouts. My daughter was in the pre k 4 classes still learning how to use the potty properly they assured me they would help her if I just sent her in pull ups even tho she didn’t use pull ups no more it was their policy so whatever I did it my daughter was constantly left in a FULL pull up and caught a kidney infection from it. My daughter would come home with her hair cut or scratches and they never seen or knew what happened in the class only on the playground if an incident occurred I would be given a note they were completely clueless to everything going on in their class including bullying. 10/10 would NOT recommend these Beaches to any of ya children .
Nonya BizzJul 26, 2025As a pediatric nurse and mom, I am beyond thrilled with the care my child receives at Cuddle Zone. The infant and toddler teachers are phenomenal, each one brings a wealth of experience and a nurturing approach that gives me complete peace of mind every day. It’s clear how much they genuinely care for and understand the developmental needs of the children in their care. They understand every child is a different and work with you as parents to achieve the goals you have for your child. As proactive parents with no village we appreciate this more than any review can express. One of the standout aspects of Cuddle Zone is their menu. Compared to other local daycares, the food here is far more nutritious, varied, and thoughtfully planned. It’s reassuring to know my child is not only learning and thriving but also being well-fed with high-quality meals. An added bonus for us is that our child’s physical therapist does her sessions right at the daycare. She has repeatedly expressed how impressed she is with the facility and staff, so much so that she now recommends Cuddle Zone to other families who ask her for daycare suggestions. Hearing her praise only reinforces how exceptional this daycare truly is. We recently kept our child home for two weeks over the holidays, and while she did wonderfully at home, I was amazed at how seamlessly she transitioned back to daycare. On her first day back, she walked right up to her teachers with a big smile and even went looking for another teacher she adores—completely ignoring her breakfast, which is usually her main focus! That level of comfort and connection speaks volumes about the relationships she has built here. I wholeheartedly recommend Cuddle Zone to any parent looking for a safe, loving, and enriching environment for their child. It has exceeded every expectation I had and continues to amaze me with its dedication to providing the best care possible.
Lorisa PinedaJan 16, 2025I’m extremely disappointed with Cuddle Zone Learning Center. My son was accepted for a full-time spot in April, started in August, and after just two days, the director told my wife he would be dropping to part-time because he “wasn’t adjusting well”—after only TWO DAYS. This completely disrupted our plans, as my wife couldn’t start her job with such limited hours (8:15-11 AM). Who can work with that schedule? To make matters worse, they insisted my son wear a diaper at school because they wouldn’t help him in the bathroom or change him if he had an accident—yet he had no issues at home. This was unnecessary and upsetting. CT I called the director and mentioned a two-week notice would have been more helpful. She reassured me that his full-time spot would be saved and we could try again at the end of September. But when I called, I was told the director was out of state and we’d have to wait until October 15th. When I finally saw the director on October 15th, she told me the full-time spot was no longer available, as it had been filled, and that my son could go on the waitlist. This was frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, the lack of communication, the disruption to our lives, and the mistreatment of my son have made this a terrible experience. I would not recommend this center to anyone.

- No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.
