  • I'm so thankful to have The Learning Village in our community. It is comforting to know my child is in a safe, fun, and nurturing environment. That comes from the great teachers we've go know over the years. I'll always remember the trick or treat nights the art shows and Christmas Chorus.

  • The Learning Village has been fantastic for our 4 year-old over the past year. We started at just 2 days per week, but needed to increase to 5. Our daughter has developed significantly socially since. Highly recommend, and trust them to take good care of the kiddos.

  • I honestly and whole heartily can say that TLV is the best Daycare and I take who watches my child very important he started off in the infants and I noticed growth and new skills right away , such as clapping his hands when excited and happy. The staff is amazing and makes my son feel right at home. I love how structured his day is but he still has fun and runs into his teachers arms in the morning. I did take him out and moved him to a cheaper daycare, I quickly regretted it and learned you get what you pay for and the difference in my son and even the security of how I feel being with out him is much better at the learning village. The app is amazing and I love the photo up dates . I'm so glad I found this place first and set the standard for my son's childhood and education. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

  • After five great years, our journey with The Learning Village has come to an end. As working parents, TLV made our lives easier, and we always felt assured that our children were being loved & well cared for. Thank you for everything!

  • When my husband and I were expecting our first child, we started the daycare search unsure of what we would find. We are so grateful to have found The Learning Village. We currently have two children enrolled and progressing through the classrooms - both having started as infants! Not only are our children cared for and learning but they are safe, loved, and thriving. Each classroom has activities tailored to each age group to help them achieve age-appropriate skills in a child-centered way. The use of an app provides for easy communication of daily activities between teachers and parents (we love the frequent pictures!). The special events like trick-or-treat, the spring art show, and holiday concerts are just an added bonus to the great, daily activities and education The Learning Village provides. The teachers are friendly, patient, and loving and they are helping us raise a new generation of good people! Our kids are growing into wonderful people thanks to their love and support. With our kids we refer to The Learning Village as "school" but they feel more like our extended family!

  • My daughter first entered The Learning Village when she was 9 months old. She has had a fantastic experience in both the infant and the 1 year old room. Different age groups each have their own classroom tailored just for their needs. There is a fenced outdoor area for the children to play that is equipped with play equipment suited to their ages. They are provided a variety of activities through out the day. The environment is structured and well-thought out. Daily reports allow me to see what my child is eating, when diapers are changed, how long she naps, and what activities she does. Best of all, the staff is terrific. They handle the challenges of childcare with a calm, positive attitude.

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.
