  • My son is now 4 and has been here since he was 6weeks old the staff is fair and the owner is welcoming I can’t thank them enough for the progress my son has made being apart of the little sprouts family

  • I love this center they really teach your kids and help them to be where they need to be! What kids under 4 you know almost ready for kindergarten? Keep up the great work!

  • UPDATE Reply 2025: So there's no confusion, this is the SAME center that brings random family members in when youre short staffed? This is the SAME location your husband worked at the time 2 years ago that was in school for bachelors with NO PREVIOUS experience with kids outside of your philly location? The same man who caught an attitude when my 2 year old son threw up on himself from crying for an extended period of time and no one event attempted console or calm him? Would you like a physical description lol You "assured" me you had previous experience working with children with special needs and that your staff was equipped.NONE OF THAT WAS TRUE. You had also had a random man/ family member pop up one day to fill in for a last minute call out along with a old woman I'd NEVER seen before! . I'm now a special education teacher, advocating for my child, I know right from wrong and you obviously STILL DONT! With that being said several 1 star reviews should speak loud enough over your 3, clearly fake reviews to hide your past mistakes. If you're reviewing this daycare, don't waste your time. The owner is a LIAR and incapable of proper care and if she has a problem with my review she can look up my very real name and message me on FB. your son cries in a corner all day, we can’t help him” - Inexperienced and unprofessional couple. My husband and I are both educators, we sent our two children (2 yr old and 3 month old) here. For 3 weeks we tried so hard to believe he was having a difficult time but would gradually transition. It never did… final straw- my husband went to drop them off and we were told they were short staff AGAIN and only my daughter could stay…….after speaking with the owner I was told my child has been crying in the corner for weeks and there’s nothing they can do for him. She was absolutely right, my children were removed the same day. Since then they’ve been THRIVING at their new daycare! My son hugs his teachers goodbye every day. His teachers LOVE HIM and have nothing but kind words to say. If you’re thinking like we were “it’s so convenient or affordable” THINK AGAIN, then think about your kid crying in a corner, pain going unheard. It’s not worth it.

  • Unprofessional Too many kids not enough staff And kids always sick because it’s too cold Owner money hungry

    Amirah KoshAug 15, 2023
  • Terrible center. The kids are always sick. Staff isn't using proper handwriting guidelines, plus it's freezing temperatures. They are unprofessional, money hungry and have too many children and not enough staff working. Do not enroll your children here because they start off like a dream and quickly turn into a nightmare.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against THE LITTLE SPROUTS LEARNING CENTER?

No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against THE LITTLE SPROUTS LEARNING CENTER at the time the record was published. Does THE LITTLE SPROUTS LEARNING CENTER accept child care subsidy?

Yes. THE LITTLE SPROUTS LEARNING CENTER holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 15.

Does this page show inspection results for THE LITTLE SPROUTS LEARNING CENTER?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects THE LITTLE SPROUTS LEARNING CENTER's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
