my children attended this daycare for over a year and i have witness some terrible things. the owner Keisha Johnson countless times did not arrive to take my kids from me at scheduled drop off times. multiple times my children came home with soiled clothes from unchanged diapers , and she also allows adults with no clearances inside of her daycare and around the children . she is a scammer . she bills you improperly for multiple weeks in order to compile large invoices and demands an unreasonable amount of money to cover those charges . all while you make payments as if nothing is wrong. AVOID THIS DAYCARE AT ALL COST . ITEMS ARE DIRTY , kids are sick constantly , staff does not watch children to file incident reports
jessie garciaJun 23, 2026Sept 29, 2025 My granddaughters first day shes a year 1/2 year old shes very timid with people around her. I’m very impress with this day care staff most of all Mrs Debbie she made sure to give my granddaughter the comfort and security by assuring her guiding and holding her hand also even when needed carrying her at times which means a lot for a child to feel that trust and comfort with a teacher , hands down to Three stages daycare learning center, especially Mrs. Debbie for having such well caring and passion with all the children highly recommend this daycare thanking God for the staff and sending my granddaughter to a safe loving daycare Sincerely M Santiago
M Velez- SantiagoSep 29, 2025Went for fingerprints and had the most insane experience I've probably ever encountered by a human being. It took a grand total of 7 minutes tops to get my finger prints and all this woman did was scold me, be condescending, extremely rude, and talk to me like I was nothing and ruined her entire day. I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment and she walked out to go help a family pick up their child. She asked me if I had an appointment and seemed super frustrated I even showed up for fingerprints. Whatever though, I wasn't in any kind of hurry and just shrugged it off. She walked back over didn't say a word, opened the door and pointed in and said "go." I still kinda shrugged it off, no big deal either, I am fairly quiet and easy going anyways. The first encounter was my social security number, I accidentally got a number mixed up and quick read it again and said sorry. She proceeded to take her hands off the keyboard and breathe an extreme sigh and let me know how bothered she was and how valuable her time was. It was the most bizarre thing I ever encountered. Then we do the first 4 fingers at the same time and she just throws her hands down, huffs and puffs and tells me to relax my hands and to please let her do her job. Mind you not a single finger print had to be redone or was messed up. Then came my ring fingers. I have no function moving my ring fingers solo. I have to sometimes hold my other fingers down with my other hand to get that finger up alone. This lady threw her hands down when I had trouble and started yelling "CAN YOU PLEASE LET ME DO MY JOB." It was the most insane thing I ever witnessed. We finished up my fingers she says "Take your ID and credit card" and as the receipt is printed out she grabs it and throws it at me and says "Have a nice day" and just walks away. Knowing now that this woman also owns the daycare, you couldn't pay me to bring my children here. I have never met a more miserable person in my entire life and could only imagine the way she treats your children here. Go somewhere else, your children may be fine with the other staff, but not her. I would give her 0 stars if I could. I couldn't even fathom having this type of attitude while also owning a daycare. Bizarre.
Kyle KJan 15, 2025I had a great experience with the owner Ms.Johnson. I got there and I had put in the wrong code to get my fingerprints she was very helpful and patient with me. She helped me fix the issue and I got my fingerprints done. Thank you Ms. Johnson. I will be using her services again.
Monique MitchellJan 7, 2025Had a great experience here getting fingerprinted for a new job yesterday. The woman was so sweet, friendly, and efficient. I’d recommend anybody to go see her if you need to be digitally finger printed. 🙂
Brittany CoiroSep 17, 2024I want to give a huge shoutout to the incredible businesswoman I met this morning, who happens to be the owner of IdentoGo in Mount Pocono. She’s not only running this place with outstanding service, but she’s also successfully managing both businesses there. She provided amazing care, going above and beyond to help and adapt when issues arose. She took the time to verify and resolve incorrect information, ensuring everything was done on time. Combined with the unique and welcoming atmosphere she created there. Truly an exceptional experience—thank you!

Does THREE STAGES DAY CARE AND LEARNING CORP accept child care subsidy?
- Yes. THREE STAGES DAY CARE AND LEARNING CORP holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. Does this page show inspection results for THREE STAGES DAY CARE AND LEARNING CORP?
- No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects THREE STAGES DAY CARE AND LEARNING CORP's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
