TIME TO SHINE LEARNING CENTER

Highly DO NOT recommend this daycare facility/ "learning center." My child was enrolled in Creative Playcare which was amazing, we never had any issues until Shayla (Time to Shine owner) bought Creative Playcare and we were basically forced into enrolling my son into Time to Shine due to a very short notice of the change in ownership and long waitlist at other facilities. The communication with Shayla is terrible and she is a very difficult person to work with regarding any schedule changes, even if the changes are on her own accord. After I raised concerns my son came home with various issues, scratches, bruises, ect. When I questioned Shayla she denied that anything like that would happen in her care. Then things got worse for myself and my son. I ended up taking him out of her care after picking him up one day in a disgusting state. But, she will be sure to be waiting for you each and every Monday for her payment tho, seems to be the only thing she cared about. As you can see, for a bad review that was posted, there were many positive ones posted after. Do not be fooled, she probably asked those people to post positive reviews. I would NOT trust this facility or its owner with anything let alone my child.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Time To Shine. My daughter has been going there for over 2 years and has absolutely excelled under their care. The staff is incredible , caring , trustworthy and reliable. The environment is warm, clean, inviting and the kids seem to have a blast. As a single mom with an unpredictable work schedule, they have been absolutely accommodating and willing to help when in a bind and I am forever grateful! The communication on the pro-care app is fast, efficient and puts your mind at ease throughout the work day. Shayla is an excellent owner and goes above and beyond for all of the kids at Time to Shine. I would recommend this establishment to anyone, 10/10!!

Ms Shayla and her staff are amazing. This learning center is clean, safe and an extremely positive environment for children. My son attends this center 5 days a week and has been going since he was 4. They’re preschool teacher, Ms. Laurie is phenomenal. She structures the days so the kids learn and have fun at the same time. It’s the perfect combination to prepare them for kindergarten. I would recommend this center to any parent from infant age to preschool. Their dedication to the children is above and beyond. My son loves going here and looks forward to it daily!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at this learning center daycare! From day one, it has felt like a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for our child. The staff truly care about the kids and go above and beyond to make sure they feel comfortable, supported, and excited to learn each day. Shayla, the director, is absolutely the best. She is professional, kind, organized, and very easy to work with. Communication is always clear and timely, and she genuinely listens to any questions or concerns. It’s obvious she cares deeply about both the children and the families. That kind of leadership makes a huge difference. The classrooms are well-structured, clean, and focused on learning through fun activities. We’ve seen so much growth, both socially and academically. It gives us real peace of mind knowing our child is in such good hands. Highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a dependable, caring, and well-run learning center!

Time to shine has been a great daycare for my son and daughter! They are helpful, friendly and professional. Every member of time to shine are extremely polite and provide an excellent service to every family. I truly will keep my children here and recommend anyone to this wonderful establishment!
