  • I’m so happy I chose Toddler Tech Institute for my son’s first school experience. Since this was his first time being away from me and in school I always wanted to know that he was safe and cared for. I never had to worry about that with Toddler Tech. Since he started there we’ve seen such a big difference in him. He’s talking more in sentences and expressing himself better. He’s also made great progress with using the toilet. He has really come a long way. The school was always clean and presentable whenever I visited and the bathroom was always clean too. I also loved getting updates through the app and seeing pictures of what the kids were doing. Sherelle was always very accessible whenever I had questions. She was just a text or phone call away. If she ever had a question about my son she always reached out to me directly. Toddler Tech was a great first school for my son and I’m so grateful for the care and support they gave him. I would definitely recommend them to other parents!

  • A school where your child can learn explore and discover new ideas and new things in ways and methods that make them more successful and exciting for their minds to learn and grow. My grandson Kindergarten teacher keep asking what school did he’s go to he’s so smart and well behaved.

  • My little one is excited to go to daycare everyday. It is evident that this is not just a “baby sitting” service because my little comes home with new things to share everyday. I am grateful for Mrs. Harris and the whole Toddler Tech Team.

  • My son has been going here for a year. He loves it. He has learned so much. They eat a good breakfast and lunch. The hours are perfect for my work schedule. The staff are very responsive. They also send pictures & videos of my son. I definitely left my son in good hands.

  • Toddler tech was such a great place for our daughter’s first time in daycare. After dropping her off once she wanted to go back everyday. She would go right in and follow the day to day routine without any hesitation! Toddler tech also helped my daughter’s speech/language development as well as her social development. Sherelle and her team are all wonderful with the children. Our babygirl loved her time at toddler tech and we are grateful her first time in daycare was with them. If you’re looking for a safe and loving daycare, bring your child here. Thank you Mrs.Sherelle and toddler tech team! -The Pines Family❤️

  • I absolutely love this daycare! The staff really take the time to get to know each child’s individual needs and strengths, and they do such a great job communicating with parents. They make learning fun, and I’ve seen so much progress in my son since he started here. All of the teachers are kind, caring, and patient, and I always feel confident that my son is safe and in good hands. I couldn’t ask for a better place for him!

Questions parents ask about TODDLER TECH INSTITUTE

Is TODDLER TECH INSTITUTE a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?

Yes. TODDLER TECH INSTITUTE holds Pennsylvania certificate 104368659-0001, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Philadelphia County. The current certificate runs to January 10, 2027. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.

What is TODDLER TECH INSTITUTE's Keystone STARS rating?

Pennsylvania rates TODDLER TECH INSTITUTE STAR 1, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on January 10, 2025. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against TODDLER TECH INSTITUTE?

No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against TODDLER TECH INSTITUTE at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.

Does TODDLER TECH INSTITUTE accept child care subsidy?

Yes. TODDLER TECH INSTITUTE holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Preschool. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 18.

Does this page show inspection results for TODDLER TECH INSTITUTE?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects TODDLER TECH INSTITUTE's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
