  • Horrible daycare never will send my child back There again. Teacher are unprofessional and rude. They called a temperature of 98.99 a fever and would make me come get my child but didn’t call me when my child had came home with a big bite mark on her arm!!! Don’t send your kids here unless they can talk and tell you what’s going on. They can not be trusted.

  • The first day they forgot to pick up my son‼️ then left him at the school again without notifying me or the school my child was not the only child left that day January 27,2023 ‼️The kids are on top of each other in the car with no seatbelt this is all in 4 days of attending ‼️ Do not send your children here I wish I could have gave them zero stars‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

  • Best day care my son been to. He learns a lot from his teachers. The owner is very nice but she did hire some girl that purposely kicked my son chair and he almost fell out the chair and it was clear she didn't like kids. But all his other teachers were nice and mindful.

Yes. UNITY ACADEMY LEARNING CENTER AND CHILDCARE holds Pennsylvania certificate 103460722-0001, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Philadelphia County. The current certificate runs to September 26, 2026. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.

Pennsylvania rates UNITY ACADEMY LEARNING CENTER AND CHILDCARE STAR 1, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on November 27, 2018. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against UNITY ACADEMY LEARNING CENTER AND CHILDCARE?

No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against UNITY ACADEMY LEARNING CENTER AND CHILDCARE at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.

Does UNITY ACADEMY LEARNING CENTER AND CHILDCARE accept child care subsidy?

Yes. UNITY ACADEMY LEARNING CENTER AND CHILDCARE holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 18.

Does this page show inspection results for UNITY ACADEMY LEARNING CENTER AND CHILDCARE?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects UNITY ACADEMY LEARNING CENTER AND CHILDCARE's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
