  • Definitely would recommend, the kids are cared for, they are learning above their grade and are reading before leaving as long as parents work with the children in conjuction with teachers. The teachers are dedicated to helping each child and parent. Clean environment as well.

  • We care learning and development center is an Family Oriented establishment. My daughter loves going to daycare in the morning to learn and to see her friends/teachers. She tells me everyday how her day was and what she learned. We are definitely going to miss this place. We will keep in touch.

  • We Care is by far the best school my child has ever attended. The teachers are attentive, kind, caring, loving, nurturing, as well as hands on. My child has grown mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. She has grown very fond of her teachers and friends and though she’s saddened about her moving on to school age the memories and experiences she’s created with We Care she will love and cherish it forever. God bless the teachers and staff who made an impact on my child. 🙏🏽❤️

  • We were in desperate need to switch my sister’s school and We Care welcomed her with open arms!!! The staff is truly amazing, welcoming, true nurturers, and just loving people. They strive to make sure your kids are not only well taken care of but they actually teach them. My sister is headed to kindergarten reading, writing, spelling, and just overall thriving in her academics. Thank you so much We Care we definitely appreciate all that you’ve done for her!

Questions parents ask about WE CARE LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT CENTER

Is WE CARE LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT CENTER a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?

Yes. WE CARE LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT CENTER holds Pennsylvania certificate 102985671-0003, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Philadelphia County. The current certificate runs to June 15, 2027. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.

What is WE CARE LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT CENTER's Keystone STARS rating?

Pennsylvania rates WE CARE LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT CENTER STAR 4, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on April 19, 2026. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against WE CARE LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT CENTER?

No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against WE CARE LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT CENTER at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.

Does WE CARE LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT CENTER accept child care subsidy?

Yes. WE CARE LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT CENTER holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 18.

Does this page show inspection results for WE CARE LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT CENTER?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects WE CARE LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT CENTER's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
