Failed at the administration level. When problems start at the director they tend to trickle down the entire company. Ashley is a stand off person in a place of child care who makes snarky remarks upon pickup of your child. My main issue comes from the fact that an unlicensed person told me my son had hand foot and mouth. I took the time and money to bring my child to a pediatrician to get cleared. Upon returning this note Ashley said most parents might think we’re rude but we are not taking him back for over 24hrs. I have plenty of story’s regarding my nightmare of an experience, please feel free to reach out to me if you wish to know more! I will say there is stand up staff like Jade and Skye but unfortunately good people can’t fix failed management.

Kaweniien MarquisAug 15, 2025My daughter absolutely loves going here! I was very hesitant to trust anyone with the care of my child, but Burrillville Children’s Academy has put my mind at ease. They take excellent care of my child. My daughter is always learning. They get time outside almost everyday. They send you constant updates so you can keep up with what your little one is doing. Couldn’t recommend them more to other parents looking for a trustworthy daycare.
jenn jFeb 28, 2024My toddler has been attending BCA since they’ve open in December. Jess and her staff has exceeded my expectations. They truly provide the most genuine love to the kiddos and have done an amazing job with teaching the little ones. My child always looks forward to going every morning, the bright colors, smiles and cheerful welcoming attitude makes drop off breeze. On top of the amazing staff they maintain the facility super clean. BCA is truly a gem and my family highly recommends them!

My husband and I foster and they cater to the unique and individual needs that each of our Littles have had with positivity and kindness. Our kiddos love attending and look forward to going everyday! The owner Jess is very professional and well educated when it comes to the needs of the kiddos in her care. You can tell that this is her passion and calling in life.

From curriculum to one on one, all children are in great care at Burrillville Children’s Academy. I highly recommend this daycare for parents, children, and staff.
