  We have been so impressed with the academics at our son’s preschool. The teachers create such a positive and engaging learning environment while also encouraging independence, confidence, and social growth. They truly care about each child and do an amazing job helping them feel capable, supported, and excited to learn every day. We are so grateful for the dedication, patience, and encouragement the staff provides, especially Miss Savannah in preschool one in Westerly this year! She has earned the love and trust of my son and become a household name. We couldn't be happier with the care and education provided by all the staff.

  Kate, Justine, and Savannah, who manage the front of house are all wonderful. Plus our daughter's teachers, Lauren and Paige are very friendly and great with her. The activities, updates, and security all make us feel great sending our daughter there every day.

  My son attends Cadence Academy, and we’ve had such a positive experience. The staff is incredibly helpful and truly cares about the children. Communication is excellent—they always keep us informed, especially if there’s ever an injury, and handle everything with care and professionalism. I also really appreciate how supportive they are with developmental questions, offering helpful advice and guidance. It gives us a lot of confidence as parents knowing he’s in such good hands.

  Choosing a daycare is one of the most important decisions a parent can make, and I can honestly say this has been an incredible blessing to our family. After four years here, Cadence Academy truly feels like so much more than a daycare—it’s our family. From the very beginning, we were impressed by the Ascend curriculum. It is thoughtful, engaging, and truly top-notch. You can see the growth in the children—not just academically, but socially and emotionally as well. The teachers don’t just “watch” the kids—they invest in them. They go above and beyond every single day, showing genuine care, patience, and love that makes such a difference. The communication here is outstanding, and that starts with Kate, the director. She is absolutely amazing—always approachable, responsive, and deeply invested in both the children and the families. You never feel out of the loop, and that peace of mind is priceless. The facility itself is always clean, organized, and well-maintained. It’s clear that they take pride in creating a safe and welcoming environment for the kids. After four years, this place has truly become a second home for our family. The thought of leaving when we graduate to kindergarten is honestly emotional—I know I’ll be crying, because we’re not just leaving a daycare, we’re leaving people who have loved and helped raise our child. We are beyond grateful for everything Cadence Academy has given us, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

  We joined Cadence in December 2021 and have since had a child graduate from pre-K and another is currently moving up the ranks within. Upon attending kindergarten orientation it became clear that our child was set up for success by attending Cadence Academy. The children are well cared for and constantly participating in age appropriate activities that help fine tune their gross and fine motor skills, their language development and their creativity. The school also offers various opportunities for family participation throughout the year. Over the years many of the staff have truly become like family to us. We are thankful we have a few more years before we need to say goodbye.

  Both of my daughters have attended Cadence Academy for the past few years, and I can honestly say that it has been such a great experience for our family. Kate and Justine truly care about the development of my children and ensure that all their needs are met! Management staff is top notch and very organized. Every day when I pick up my daughter in the the preschool 1 classroom Candace and Briana are actively engaged in educational activities with the children. I stopped by early last week and took a few minutes to observe the classroom and I was impressed. Briana was reading my daughter and some of her friends a book, and candace had all the other kids involved in some activities with blocks. I was super impressed with the energy they both had, and the smiles and joy that filled the classroom. No one was left out, and that is so nice to see. These teachers must have superpowers because I can't fathom how they do it! Candace and Briana really are a power duo in the classroom and they are the best teachers I have come across in my experience thus far with childcare! I have had similar experiences with my other daughter in Wendy and Rita's room. My youngest does so many art projects i may need to buy a new fridge just to display them all. Both my kids are happy to go to school every day and I am comfortable dropping them off. I couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you to all the members of cadence academy family for the compassion, patience, and shaping the minds of my children. I appreciate you all!
