  • It’s been a year and I am finally writing this review. My daughter went to this daycare center for almost a year. I noticed the last two months that she was in this daycare, her behavior started drastically changing many anxiety related indications started to arise. I talked to her pediatrician about it and was so confused by what was going on. She was yelling at her self, she couldn’t sleep at night, her behavior was very off and odd for her. The only change was a new teacher in her room so I started to go to the daycare at random times. My daughter went to the center three days a week. As I went in one of these random times, I was told Ava wasn’t good today her name went into our book she was being a lot with the other kids. In response to that, I asked what she was doing. They couldn’t tell me, they just said “being a lot. A week later, she randomly broke her glasses in half. I got two different stories regarding this. I got a text on my drive there that I could barely understand. The text they sent me was spelled wrong and it just seemed off. The following day, I walk in and there was a teacher holding my daughter by the arm, yelling in her face to stop and telling her she’s not listening as she just stood there crying. I go into the room further and see it’s my daughter they are speaking to. Needless to say, she wasn’t going back there after that. On my way out, I was handed a letter. I get in the car and open it and it says she’s no longer allowed back. In the letter, the reason was stated she was too much to handle I had two weeks to find her another daycare. To my knowledge, her name was only written in the book once. We are speaking of daycare aged children writing a name in a book is well above their level of understanding as it is. I was always kind and nice to all the staff, buying them lunch , always gifting the teachers, bringing in supplies for the class….I went to look for another daycare in the mean time. I got worried that there was something I wasn’t seeing. I got her evaluated by two different places and the school department. After all the testing and screening, it was conclusive that they found nothing wrong. I didn’t not see any out character behaviors at all within my home either. She’s been in her new daycare over a year. I looked at ten different places for her and found the perfect one. After losing time from work due to all the appointments I had scheduled to find the root of the issue, I have to say, it was well worth it. She’s with caring and loving people now and I never have to worry while I am at work about her well being, safety and happiness. It was a struggle to say the lease at first. What this business put my daughter and I through, I will forever be scarred. Due to my experience, leaving my child somewhere else was a huge worry for me. I didn’t trust anyone. If you have a similar feeling, trust your gut. Your child is suppose to be busy. They are learning their place in the world and society. They’re suppose to be active, learning by play, watching their peers and being supported by encouraging adults. If nothing else, learn from my experience: IT IS NOT YOUR CHILD that is the problem. Let them be toddlers, let them learn through play and have fun doing just that. I would strongly advise parents think twice when it comes to enrolling their child with this business.

  • Our family spend about 3 years with this school, 2 kids attended at various stages. We had a wonderful experience with the staff and management. They're great people that take action when needed, co-create solutions when navigating inevitable, challenging behavior, and genuinely care about the kids. Highly recommended if you are in the market for an exceptional childcare experience!

  • Absolutely amazing staff! They made the transition going back to work so smooth, and my mind was completely at ease. Clean and fun classrooms with plenty of activities and toys and great outdoor play areas for all ages. Highly recommend!

  • My 7 year old had no issues here, very different than her previous daycare. Behavior issues were addressed appropriately and professionally. Stacey was a pleasure to deal with on all fronts, never interacted much with other staff but they were always polite. Sad to be moving on, if in need of care again we will return for sure, & I recommend to others
