The person who was supposed to help was rude, I gave him my papers and he never asked me to take a seat. He had no clue what so ever how taxes are filled.
Nabila GomaaApr 1, 2026I cannot say enough good things about the care my son has received at Federal Hill House. When he had early gross motor delays and we were unable to access early intervention because of COVID, the staff stepped in and supported him—Janet in the infant room worked tirelessly to help him learn to walk. In the toddler room he made huge strides: he became reliably potty trained and developed manners that are remarkable for a two year old. Ty in the toddler room is clearly one of his favorite people. The transition into preschool was smoother and gentler than expected thanks to Rosa and the entire staff, who made the change as easy as possible for him. Pamela, the Education Director, has also been a standout—she’s easy to communicate with and consistently offers thoughtful ideas and helpful information that support my son’s learning and our family’s peace of mind. I’m excited to watch him continue to grow with the support of Federal Hill House and highly recommend this program to any family seeking attentive, skilled, and caring early childhood educators.
Jennifer KelleyFeb 19, 2026I wish I could give Federal Hill House more than 5 stars because this organization is more than just a daycare, it is truly a warm and welcoming community. I am always amazed by the number of educational and developmental opportunities my child has to truly learn and grow in a safe environment. Knowing what my child is up to and is learning is important to me, and I am routinely called with any necessary updates and can refer to the childcare app to know what my child is up to. Whenever I have a question, I receive timely responses which eases my mind and ensures that my child is in good hands. I also love how there are ample opportunities for me to participate in school programming so I can be a part of the experience. I want to give a shout out to Miss. Adrienne, Miss. Karen, Pam, Christina, the abuelas, and all the other wonderful professionals who take a genuine interest in my child's success daily. If you are looking for a daycare in the Providence area, I highly recommend Federal Hill House. I was taken off the waitlist at several other daycares, but made the intentional decision to stay here because of how well my child is cared for and supported.
Stephanie ZielinskiDec 6, 2024Ridiculous. Tried telling my mom she complains about everything about her TWIN BABIES. Never keeping them warm, clean , always sick ever since they started this daycare. They leave the babies crawling around toddlers who cannot even walk yet. Giving them food that they can't event eat yet! They only have 4 teeth giving them solids & expecting them to eat it on their own. Don't recommend at all
Anahy CastilloJul 1, 2023My daughter went there for 4 months when we lived in the area, and they really love these kids! The way they cared for my daughter, made us feel like she was in a really safe and supportive environment. We only had to leave because we moved further away, and found a closer daycare. Otherwise, we wouldn't have ever left!
Heidi LavigneApr 25, 2023The early center is not a happy place. The teachers always have a negative approach towards childrens behaviors and are bias. They have attitudes towards parents and are anxiously waiting for parents to pick up their child. I have constantly had issues with teachers and the way they handle situations in the classrooms and I honestly can’t wait until another spot opens up at another center. My heart is aching each time I leave my child because I know the teachers are just so miserable and bias towards my child. It’s so sad that your own kind treat so poorly.
