  Good luck getting them on the phone. The staff here answer the phone every blue moon and when they do they only take messages for Leslie who never returns calls. I already toured the place, I was starting a new job, they were right by my house which was convenient , so I emailed them for a start date NO ANSWER. I also had been calling them for weeks and no one ever picks up the phone so I can’t imagine dropping my kid off here just to deal with people who lack basic communication and only speak during tours. I even booked a 2nd tour just to see if I could speak to someone but cancelled because why should I need to go to these lengths just for basic communication?I gave them 2 stars because if they DID respond, I wouldn’t have found a 10 times better daycare down the road. So thanks 🙏

  From the moment we enrolled our children at Joyful Hearts Early Learning Center, we knew we had found something special. The staff is incredibly warm and professional, making every interaction a positive experience. They truly take the time to get to know each family, which creates a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. I’m especially impressed by how attentive they are to my children. Every time we pick up my 3 year old, the staff greets us with smiles, recognizes my daughter, ask about her day, and gives her wonderful compliments. It fosters a sense of belonging and encourages her to thrive. Knowing that my son is in the care of such compassionate staff throughout the day gives me great peace of mind while me and my wife are working. Their genuine interest in the well-being of every child is evident, and I can see how much they care about fostering a nurturing environment.   We have been very happy with Joyful Hearts. Our son has been going here since he was 12 months old and has grown so much socially and emotionally. He loves his teachers and friends and gets so excited every morning. Our daughter just started in the pre school room and has already learned so much and loves to talk all about her class when we pick her up. All of the teachers are incredibly dedicated, intentional, and kind. They really care about each child’s wellbeing and success. We would definitely recommend this daycare!

  Joyful hearts is such a special place, the teachers are kind, helpful and love the babies and the families. More importantly my daughter loves it there, she’s learns so much and I look forward to her singing a new song she’s learned from her time with her teachers and classmates.

  I send my 4 month old son to Joyful Hearts and so far our experience has been great! The staff seem to love him and I think he enjoys his time there from what I can tell. I really appreciate the use of the Procare app so I can get updates and photos throughout the day, it makes being away from him during the day a little easier.
