The field trip from here today that was at Go Play was truly just horrendous. The kids klub staff was beyond incompetent, letting the kids run rampant around, plowing into other kids and not watching them. The staff was more focused on taking videos of selfies of themselves going down the slides or sitting at the tables talking. My child got plowed into not once but twice by the kids klub kids (who by the way were some of the worst behaved children I’ve ever seen). While they were eating lunch, one or the little boys was sitting on the floor by the tables bawling his eyes out with a stuffed animal and not ONE kids klub staff went to comfort him. If this was my child I’d be beyond angry to know that’s how he was being treated.
Natalia VJul 22, 2026Saw the kids klub at go play today, the staff was worse than the kids. Staff was too busy running wild, and taking pictures of the other staff coming down the slide to actually be adults for the kids and make sure the kids were behaving. The children were trampling through and not watching out for anyone else around them.
