  • Horrible place to keep your children ! My son went there and was THE BIGGEST MISTAKE I’ve ever made in my life he was left in his UNDERWEAR that he has a accident in for something that looked like hours when he uses the bathroom is is fully potty trained !!!! they are lazy the manager smokes all day in the back of the building she’s so unprofessional and ignorant please DO NOT BRING YOUR BABIES HERE !!

  • The staff are very ignorant and rude and a few employees have extremely questionable hygiene. From what I've seen I wish my brother had another choice right now The daycare is very dirty and have seen the staff not like to change diapers. my niece has also caught lice for the 2nd time and she is not even 1 yet. Nothing gets done I feel so bad

  • Unprofessional daycare. Can’t go in but can’t give a virtual tour. They have people working there who don’t speak English. My daughter was sick all the time. They don’t give you a report on your child or sends any type of pictures. They don’t know how to communicate at all. I had to request a menu to know what my child was eating. Very unorganized daycare.

  • I have a 2yr old and a 3.5 yr old that go to the Metcalf location. I have personally witnessed the teachers interactions with my children and they treat them as if they are their own children. I am so comfortable dropping my kids off here. They are clean and happy every day. The kids eat a nice menu which judging by what my 3yr old says it consists of a nice variety of food. Not all microwaved prepared school junk. They do lots of special things for the kids. I will never send mine anywhere else! My kids have learned so much being here. I only give 4 stars because I wish i knew more about my kids day and what they actually did. Gina will work with you on anything you need and she works hard to help you out. Sometimes it is difficult to follow the blue or red shirt only rule mon-thurs because I dont have a washing machine at home. I love this school and it feels like a second family for my children. Thank you L4A Metcalf.
