I switched my son to this school in may he was about 3-4 months he’s now going on 7 months. I couldn’t be happier with his teacher mrs Nicole! She is absolutely awesome! The director and Nicole in the office are all amazing! All the help in this school, everyone loves my son! My son came to them after I was feeling as if he wasn’t happy at his previous daycare, and I felt like he wasn’t learning enough. He came to them not even rolling, he’s crawling now! He’s excited every morning when we get up and get dressed because he knows exactly where he is going! He’s always so happy when I pick him up, they are great with daily pictures and updates! I would recommend this child care to any one looking!
Ariel GirouardJul 5, 2023Magic years is a great place to bring your kids ! They are always doing something engaging with the kiddos , communication with parents is on point , and my kids have always loved the staff ! The director is super involved and on top of everything as are the head teachers.
Lauren DelogeJul 3, 2023Last summer, I was desperately looking for a daycare to bring my nephew to. He had been struggling adjusting to a few places beforehand. Luckily, Magic Years directors and staff took the time to make my nephew feel welcome and excited to go to daycare everyday! He has excelled socially and looks forward to seeing his teachers and friends everyday. I highly recommend Magic Years.
Brooklyn ToliJun 29, 2023My son was there for four months, to definy it a terrible experince it's a compliment. We moved to magic years because of a change of ownership in our previus daycare. Before to come to this daycare he was an happy 3.5 years old boy. Four months in this place devastated him. The last week he was there the school called me 2/3 times I was hearing him crying in the office and when they finally let me spoke with him he did not speak he just cried. When we went there they told us that he should leave the program because he was not willing to sleep during nap time and they had to fight with him daily and the daycare policy did not allow kids to stay awake becuse theachers were suppostded to be in lunch break while kids sleeping. We were lucky to find immidiatly another program with an open spot, after five months I can happly say that my son is happy, is happy to go to school again, is always hugging is new friends while leaving school. He is back to be himself. I read another review similar to mine about a four years old boy that was there after my son left. I am sorry I did not write it earlier, but before writing such bad review a wanted to make sure that was not my son problem, as magic years stated when we left. My personal advise avoid this place
caterina massiddaJun 20, 2023My child attended this daycare for 6 months. There was a huge disconnect between my child’s behavior at home and extracurriculars compared to what the daycare reported. They did not provide my family with any resources or tips to fix the behavior we were not seeing outside of the daycare. When we brought up getting our child help like EI we were told not to that they would assist us in fixing her behavior. There was no room to negotiate and after a handful of incidents I was told my 23 month old could not go back. The staff members specifically Kayla and Nicole were very nice but the director lacked interpersonal skills and was rude every time I spoke with her. I would not recommend this daycare at all.
Sierra McConaghyMay 11, 2023*Edit 7/26* Now, it seems like within a 2 week span, they suddenly get like 4 or 5 . 5 star reviews praising how great the directors are. While other parents have spoken up with the same issues I had. Everyone pay attention to the 1 star reviews. All they want is easy kid if your kid doesn't listen 100% get ready for phone calls and having to pick your kid up When you have to pick up your kid who is historically crying and sweating because of how he's been treated like a criminal dont want any other kid to go through that. And if the directors see this. 1 week of actual care and effection for my kid is all it took at a normal daycare. He hasn't pushed anyone or ran out of classes at all in several months. I will never forgive how you made my feel *************** The teachers are extremely nice and warm and welcoming. Every time I had to talk with them it was always a great experience. What ruins the daycare is when it comes to dealing with the directors. There seems to be some massive disconnect between the teachers and directors of this place. My son is 4 1/2 1) He had 2 cases of running out of the classroom 2) He pushed a friend outside 3) Had a handful of outbursts in regard to things 4 year old would complain about. Food, toys and getting use to sharing. While these are unacceptable behaviors. Kids are developing and learning, and we have to be the ones that guide them to succeed. Dumping a kid after a few weeks because a child is too much of a headache doesn't do anything for my kid. And we were willing to work with them, but they seem to make up their mind pretty quick. Mind you this is all with in only 2 weeks, so he was still transitioning and getting used to a brand-new daycare.
