Both my children have been apart of the munchkinland family since the infant room. My daughter (now 4) started at 7 weeks old. My son (now 13 months) started at 12 weeks old. Communicating with the teachers has always been top tier. My children go to school happy and ready to learn/have fun. I love to see all the pictures of them having fun and completing so many activities. My daughter comes home telling me what she learned that day, who she played with, etc. I even catch her at home singing the songs she sings at circle time. My son had some complications at birth (a broken colar bone, torticollis, hematoma on his neck) resulting in 5 months of PT. His teachers were completely on board with helping him work on his strength he needed to catch up on his milestones (more tummy time, encouraging him to turn his head, etc). Joelle and Lisa (directors/owners) are some of the most down to earth people you will ever meet. My son has gone through a few health challenges in his first year of life, including hospitalization and a surgery. Joelle and Lisa would constantly check in with my husband and I to know how our son was doing and what they could do to help us through those difficult times. We truly feel like we are apart of their family ❤️
Hope SilvaJul 6, 2026Both of my children have attended Munchkin Land Preschool 1 & 2. These facilities are always clean and updates are always being done to provide new and safe indoor& outdoor activities & playground. I truly feel as if the staff at both facilities are held to the highest of standards. Leaving your most valued possession each day is the hardest things a parent/ guardian has to do. My daughters teachers are always there to listen and support my concerns each and every day.
Bethany BrouilletteJan 29, 2024I have been sending my child to Munchkin Land for almost 3 years now and I have felt like a part of their family from day 1. The moment I walked through the door, I was pleasantly greeted by the Director, Joelle who is an absolute sweetheart. You can tell that her and her entire staff truly care about the happiness, well-being and education of your child. I never worry when I drop him off because I know he’s in the best of hands. The facility is immaculate, safe and decorated so adorably for the kids. If you’re looking for a family oriented, caring and educational pre-school, look no further than Munchkin Land 2! Highly, highly recommend! Thank you for caring for my son like he was your own! :)
Jocelyn DameNov 15, 2023Munchkinland 2 has been a savior when it comes to child care! Hands down the most loving staff that engages in one on one and group learning with the kids. My little one is now in the toddler room, and my older one comes back during school break for the summer program. We have been in three different rooms and each one has had its own special charm. The building is always clean and the outdoor area is consistently upgraded. The owners of both locations are always communicating what’s going on in the school and what to expect in the upcoming weeks. We love this team so much.
Karen CroceNov 14, 2023My daughter is 4 and has been attending Munchkin land 2 since she was 3! Despite her being my first child and it being hard to watch her get bigger and ready for school, she was so eager and everyday is so excited to go to school, which makes it so much easier for me, as a mom! The facility is absolutely adorable but also so completely perfect for every age group that it accommodates from infants to Pre-K! My daughter loves all of the staff, the owner, and the building very much! There are so many events to get to know everyone in the building and it is never hard to talk to a teacher in regards to any questions/ concerns, and ultimately everyone in the building is willing and so caring to my daughter, which shows as everyone greets her in the morning and says goodbye to her when I pick her up !! Recently it became aware to me that my daughter was struggling a bit with the phonics of letters and her numbers so myself and her teacher, as well as the owner, talked about what we could do to work on what she knows and can know outside of class and she’s already gotten ahead ! Not to mention the consistent reassurance that she was doing great and that they were working to make her more confident ! I cannot recommend Munchkin Land 2 more. I have 2 other children who will both be attending Munchkin Land and I cannot wait to see the growth in them, that my oldest had endured as a student at their facility. If you want your kid to thrive, be loved, and have the utmost care, send them here !!
Sam DurningNov 13, 2023Upon enrolling my six-month-old at Munchkin Land Preschool, I initially found the facilities to be impressive. However, as time went on, I noticed a number of concerning deficiencies that significantly impacted my experience as a parent. One of the main issues I encountered was the high turnover rate among teachers, with several staff members quitting within a span of just six months. This constant change of caregivers proved to be emotionally challenging for both my child and myself, especially at such a tender age. Another aspect that troubled me was the handling of my son's nap schedule. Despite requesting that they not keep him sleeping for extended periods, I observed that my child was consistently kept asleep, which went against my wishes and the individual needs of my little one. This lack of attentiveness to parental preferences was disappointing and made me question the level of communication between the staff and parents. Moreover, it was evident that the teachers at Munchkin Land Preschool were overworked and did not receive adequate support from the management. This undoubtedly affected the quality of care and attention my child received during his time at the daycare. A burnt-out and unsupported teaching staff is bound to impact the overall atmosphere and the well-being of the children. In light of these issues, I cannot recommend Munchkin Land Preschool to other parents. The deficiencies in teacher retention, disregard for parental requests, and lack of support for the teaching staff all point to inadequate management. As a parent, the well-being and happiness of my child are of utmost importance, and I believe a well-managed daycare is essential for fostering a positive and nurturing environment for young children.
