Laura isn’t capable of running a daycare. She doesn’t have the capacity to handle it. There has apparently been a waiting list for the infant class. Instead of coming to me like an adult, she used little tactics to push me to my limit. First, it started with my son supposedly having pink eye and diarrhea. I had to leave a session to pick him up. When I got there, he didn’t look sick at all. I’m very protective of my child, so I took him to Hasbro. I ended up looking like an idiot because there was absolutely nothing wrong with him. I paid a $75 co-pay and spent three hours of my Friday night there. It later seemed as though they just wanted me to pick him up early so they didn’t have to pay the teacher. Second, there were the payment issues. All of a sudden, my payments supposedly weren’t there, so I was charged late fees. I had to send screenshots proving the payments had been made. She then acknowledged receiving the payments but kept the late fee. She knew that would upset me because it simply didn’t make sense. Mind you, she stopped me yesterday around noon while the children were down for their naps to have this discussion. I told her this wasn’t an appropriate time or place. She was lowering her voice while the children were sleeping, and the whole interaction felt very strange. She wanted me to pay these late fees—or whatever she was calling them, because the explanation kept changing—or she implied I wouldn’t have childcare. She then followed me out into the lobby and toward the front door, saying, and I’m paraphrasing, that I should pay her because if I wanted “good” childcare, it would be in my best interest. I’m about 5’8”, and I looked at her and made it very clear that if she continued speaking to me that way, I would have this place shut down. I told her to watch it and left. When I came back to pick up my son, she started with me again. This time it was about how he supposedly didn’t have clothes. He absolutely did have clothes. Instead, he had been changed into swim trunks that were being held up by a hair tie . LAURA, why was my son dressed like that with a hair tie .. this is strange behavior!!! I never left so quick cause why do you think you will play with my child like that and think it’s normal especially after what she said to me in the lobby. I’m owed $150 deposit back along with the day that he didn’t receive. She has ghosted me and legit hasn’t directly handled this situation. Please note she only takes Venmo or Zelle , you can’t do anything about it .
QueenAug 2, 2026My family decided against it. Looks like online they truly have an awesome curriculum for older kids. Staff honestly seems amazing with the kids and kids seem calm and well adjusted. My issue was the investment in the toddler areas. It appears that toddlers have a separate side of the playground they don't show online with "throw away" raggedy tattered near broken toys. There's outdoor junk inside the toys like leaves etc, but on the side for older pre-school kids, they have wonderful new model playhouses and sturdy new playground style installations that are clean inside for the kids to play in. Inside, the facility is older and they try to make it seem updated but it looks a little chaotic and disorganized. It appears that they clean the basics well floors, toilets, tables and chairs are wiped down. But cubbies (where it seems they keep blankets and lunch boxes) look absolutely filthy (built up guck like no one wipes down or sanitizes these areas). No deep cleaning is happening here. Very well intentioned place that also looks like they're not putting as much effort into caring for the toddler sections with cleanliness or thoughtfulness. Makes me wonder if the smaller kids also just play all day with no real reading or STEAM activities.
Sainea RhodesJun 19, 2026My daughter is starting in April we fell in love with the curriculum and the center. The staff really seem to care. I love the infant teacher she’s super sweet 🥰
