  I’m really frustrated with the sudden changes since Shantel returned. A lot of these new rules feel unnecessary and inconsistent with how things have been run by Alexis and the other staff which WAS ok. The daycare already requires parents to provide everything for their children, so adding strict policies like banning open-toe shoes—right before summer—and expecting diapers to always be changed right before arrival feels unrealistic. Especially we can’t determine when our children have to urine on the way to daycare. It’s becoming overly restrictive without actually improving the quality of care. They do not wash children’s cups through the day which is why everyday suddenly they need to be taken home, they do not provide anything at all for these children besides a breakfast, and lunch. Because of this, I’m deciding to withdraw my children. 0 start for this location

  Honestly I love the infant teachers that my youngest daughter has. However; when it comes to my toddler, I don’t feel the same level of care or energy compared to what I see otherwise. There always seems to be some kind of issue involving her, and that worries me. I’ve picked her up at different times and have overheard staff speaking in ways that felt harsh or like yelling when they may not realize a parent is nearby. That’s really concerning to me, especially since interactions seem much more positive when parents are present. The kids get moved around too often, and aren’t always closely supervised. My daughter has had several injury reports while being here. And she still cries at drop off— she’s been here going on a year if not already. I want to make sure my child is being treated with patience, kindness, and consistency at all times—not just when someone is watching.

  This place is the worse and the staff is worse the staff is very disrespectful I see them yelling at kids all the time especially the toddlers just because they don’t listen to them one in particular yells at a little boy just because he was jumping around I would really rethink this place and I wouldn’t want to put my niece here 1 star is the least this place deserves

  Honestly nothing too major wrong with this place, my only complaint is that yes they have a small parking lot, but my issue with that is parents can’t even park there because the staff take up all the spots. It’s not even because of the snow either it’s been like that since before the snow. Some staff park on the street, but most park in the lot making it difficult for parents to drop their kids off or pick up with limited space to park. I have been swiped multiple times by parking on the street and it’s been more and more of an issue that they don’t seem to fix. Then you have parents that block some parents in the parking lot the ones that do find a spot and that’s also been an issue.

  My son is almost 3 years old and he loves to go there every morning. He is in Toddler 3 class for 8 months and I can tell he has awesome teachers. Actually all the staff members are caring and supportive all the time.
