I can't say enough good things about A Step Ahead Day Care! Family owned - My two kids absolutely love going there. The staff are really friendly and welcoming( EVERY DAY) making it feel like a second home for them. I appreciate how they create a fun and safe environment where my children can learn and play, all while keeping the facility extremely clean. What I really love is the variety of activities they offer. From arts and crafts to outdoor playtime, my kids may not want us to leave them at times but they come home excited to share what they've done. Plus, I feel like they are learning valuable social skills and developing their independence in a nurturing atmosphere. Communication with the staff is fantastic, too. They keep me updated on my children's progress and any new activities happening at the center. It gives me peace of mind knowing my kids are in such caring hands. Heck my daughter gives every staff member a hug bye each evening. Overall, I highly recommend A Step Ahead Day Care to any parent looking for a great place for their little ones

When we walked into A Step Ahead it was obvious that this was the place for our girls. The staff is very friendly and we were greeted as soon as we walked in. We toured the classes rooms and they were neat and clean. All of the staff was professional and courteous. We happened to be touring just before lunch was provided. The food is prepared in a commercial kitchen. If you are looking for a place to trust taking care of your children…. I would 100% recommend A Step Ahead
Bradford BemisNov 24, 2024My daughter Audrey has been going to Step Ahead for over 3 years now and I’m so grateful for the people who work there and take such great care of my daughter. I had my daughter in a few daycare’s before I found this one. I was so impressed how clean it is and how nice all the workers are to every single child. Mrs Sharon is the best cook and makes sure all the kids eat and she be cooking with love. I would recommend A-Step Ahead to anyone looking for good daycare for your child.
Laura MichelleNov 22, 2024A Step Ahead has given me peace of mind that my daughter is well taken care of during my work day. They have been incredibly accommodating of dietary restrictions, as my daughter is the 4th generation in a line of females with Celiac disease and gluten-related skin rash. They make every effort to include her in special meals, modified for her needs. I love that staff members throughout the building know my daughter's name and offer greetings when she walks through the hallway, even when she has not yet been assigned to their class. And my daughter still gets frequent hugs from the care provider in her nursery (though she is now in a two-year-old classroom). One of the greatest comforts at the time of enrollment was learning that the pediatrician I chose for my daughter trusted A Step Ahead to care for his own children. They have a long, respected reputation in our community with huge hearts.
Christina TothNov 14, 2024My wife and I are very pleased with A Step Ahead. The teachers are so wonderful and do a great job with our son who has been attending since he was four months old. He is now seven months old and he seems to really enjoy the teachers as well. He lights up as soon as he sees Miss Kensey each morning. We are very pleased with the level of care and the value.
