The atwa did a program to help pay people light bills so I went down there yesterday nobody was there an It wouldn't no sign up saying they would be closed when they was suppose to pay light bills what I read on the internet monday-thurs from 2pm-4pm an I had to get a ride down there yesterday wouldnt nobody there so I went today Thursday at 3pm March 6th an this lady name Rosie come out an met me outside an said with a attitude we not paying no more light bills we ran out of funds an was on her phone an then i said I come down here yesterday which was Wednesday an she said no we was closed with a attitude an just walked off on the phone I didn't like her attitude an I didn't like the way she come off at me rude didn't even give me time to get in the door very rude
