I have had nothing but positive experiences with my toddler over the last 5 months. Miss. Dottie and Miss. Judy have shown us so much kindness and been so helpful. I appreciate them and all the staff!

Very unprofessional yesterday was my last strike . From day one director was very rude , told me my son was to old for pull-ups not knowing he had an underlying condition , he only used the bathroom when asleep , my oldest child had pinched and scratched on him the first week of attending he said a teacher did it , my oldest came home and different clothes and told me that the teacher told him he couldn’t use the bathroom , as well as I seen my youngest boy with a busted lip and I asked what happened the teacher said they were fighting and my oldest told me they watched them fight … I don’t know what type of zoo they are running but please do not send your babies there the director Cindy mannerism are horrible , worked at a plant so I couldn’t use my phone and she told me if I wasn’t Able to answer her calls I would have to take them out of the facility . But my emergency contact answered and there wasn’t anything wrong with my children . Recently my children got sick which i informed her of and she was not empathetic she in fact told me that she will charge me full amount plus a late fee although they could not come and was out with a possible exposure to covid by the time they could come back my balance would have been over a 1000 dollars . She told me I could withdraw them so I did it’s been plenty of time I’ve showed up and my child came running to the door and there wasn’t any teacher around lucky it was me or some sweet baby walking up to me and other parents picking other people children up . It is horrible there

They left my grandson in wet clothes after he threw up on himself from their food. when my daughter went to pick him up they told her they didn't want to change him cause they didn't want him to get wet again. Their owner screamed at me to go get my mask. I accidently forgot it in the car. unprofessional. the owner is a rude woman.

I chose 1 star because 0 isn’t a possible rating. This is by far the WORST daycare I’ve ever seen in my life. I picked my child up this past week and she had 3 different bruises in 3 different spots on her body, it looks like she has been pinched! Nobody reported this to me ! My child is in the toddler room, I know another toddler can not pinch her hard enough to leave a bruise! When I brought it to the directors attention, she literally laughed it off as if it were funny. This isn’t the first time my child has come home from this facility with unknown marks on her. I am fed up with the lack of supervision and questionable teachers! I know my child was pinched 3 times by an adult! My child will no longer attend this daycare and I also have filed an investigation with the police !!!

This facility is very unsafe to have your child at. They do not verify that you are getting the correct child and we were brought the wrong child even after giving his full name. When I asked if they could do something better to ensure that the correct child would be given to each parent, it seemed as if the director could care less whether or not I received my child or not. I even asked if they would notify the other parent that they almost gave their child to the wrong person and they could not see why that would be important for them to know. They have put our payment towards the wrong child and when I came to drop my child off, I was questioned about not having his payment for the week, when I had paid for two weeks in advance. They are very unorganized and I am not going to risk my child’s safety with this facility.
