  • Honestly, amazing teachers. Poor communication from upper management, & god forbid you raise your concerns, or disagree with them. Disagreeing with Ms. Alisa will immediately jump from offering to pull my son for a couple of days until we figure things out, to her cancelling all future billing, and being removed from Procare within 15 minutes of leaving. Ms. Alisa is extremely defensive, & cannot handle being criticized in any way. Also, do not expect an incident report when an actual incident occurs, only for small bruises and cuts while playing. Amazing teachers, poor management. The only time a concern was taken seriously is when I walked into my kid quite literally being curb stomped by 3 other children, while TWO teachers were present.

  • This school has been an absolute anchor for our family and for the community. The staff are exceptional. Warm, attentive, and deeply grounded in child development. Ms. Alissa, Ms. Breighanna in the office, and teachers Ms. Mercedes, and Mr. Wayne consistently show up with patience, care, and genuine respect for the children as whole people. You can feel the stability and intention the moment you walk in. The children spend meaningful time playing outside every day, and it shows. That regular movement and fresh air is incredibly regulating for little bodies, and it carries through to calmer transitions and happier days. Our child comes home excited to share new things they’re learning, proud of their accomplishments, and clearly supported both academically and emotionally. The expectations are clear, the environment is steady, and the approach feels honest and age-appropriate. (We’ve also been told to start making corn and beans “as good as my teacher makes it”) 😆🥰 This is a place where children are truly known, not just managed, and where families are treated as partners. We are deeply grateful for this school and the people who make it what it is.

  • Our son has been at Adora a little over a year. We have been really pleased with his daycare experience. His teachers create lesson plans that are age appropriate, foster new skills, and are fun for the kids. Everyone who works there is professional, understanding, caring, and willing to answer any questions you may have. It is nerve wracking to entrust others with the care of your child, but Adora has made us feel at ease as parents!

  • My child has attended Adora for 6 months now, and we have been so happy since day 1! The teachers and administration are all very nice and welcoming. They know my daughter by name and exactly what she needs during the day. I have never had to worry about her while at work. We have been so excited watching her grow there, going from the infant room and soon the toddler room! Other things to note, the facilities are super clean and they keep you updated in real time about what your child is doing and send pictures through their app. They also provide two meals and snack per day of really good choices. And have theme days everyday! And monthly family projects if you wish to participate.

  • I’m going to update my review, but leave my first genuine review, though my feelings have changed a lot. My son has attended Adora for nearly 2 years, and thankfully had the same teacher both years. He was only supposed to be continuing until August when Kindergarten started. Over the last few months, every single day my son is coming home saying “X hit me” or “X bit Y”, so on and so forth. We had the issues addressed, or so we thought, until the last 2 weeks. Over the last 2 weeks, my son has come home nearly every day with a bite mark, a scratch, a story about how X hit/punched/bit him, or called him names. And I was a teacher for many years, so I know that kids will be kids, especially boys who rough house. What bothered me was when I reached out to the office line to let them know my son had been bit and no one even reported it to us, and the director, Alisa responded saying she would check the cameras. We held my son home on Friday because we still hadn’t gotten a response, and got nothing but radio silence until Monday at 9:30 when the response was “I haven’t had time to review the footage, but the other kid has been placed in another class for today”. Sure, okay. Literally just a few hours later, I get a call that my son and another kid got into a physical FIGHT - At 5 years old! My son, who has been the most caring, gentle child, who would poke his trembling lip out at getting fussed at got into a fight. Especially after I’d just brought that he was being bullied to the directors attention on Thursday. When I arrived to the school, Alisa asked if I wanted to review the footage, and because I was extremely frustrated, I said that I’d prefer to wait until tomorrow (the time she offered) when my husband was also there, to give everyone time to cool off. My husband, on speaker phone, said that he thinks it would be best to pull my son for a few days until things simmered down and Alisa said “We wish you the best then, we will cancel your billing for July”. And just like that, my son is no longer attending Adora. Me nor my husband were confrontational or aggressive - In fact, I’d say we were a little bit TOO relaxed for my son having bite marks on his arms and scratches down his face, neck and chest. My opinion of Adora as a whole and the teachers has not changed - Every single teacher in that building loves each child more than themselves. But the management? Absolutely not. No criticism can be handled, and that was obvious when they had me removed from the parenting app where we communicate with the director within 15 MINUTES of me walking out of the building, and the director canceling our payment. 15 MINUTES. I could understand if I came in aggressively, but I literally walked into the office & picked up my son. —————- We’ve been with Adora for a few months now and think we are qualified to give our full verdict after some time. The staff is phenomenal - Every single person in the buildings knows your kids by name. They all treat every single child with compassion, kindness, and respect, which is something we’d searched a long time for. The activities are ENDLESS. They do one family-involved activity per month, one “parent adoration” day per month, and COUNTLESS fun days for the kids, like Black Cat Day, Apple Day, etc. Not to mention soccer, dance, music, table bus, etc. etc. (I seriously could go on forever with this one!) The meals make me jealous 😂 Honestly, the exposure to such a wide range of healthy, creative, and delicious food has my 4-year-old trying things we’d never thought he’d even glance at. They care so much about each other. A few of the teachers had some personal struggles, and with the teacher’s permission, we got to do fundraisers and awareness campaigns for them - Like the pink firetruck at the Fall Festival! This school is truly the most hands-on, informative, fun, educational, positive, loving facility we’ve had the pleasure of being a part of. We are thankful for the staff, especially Ms. Mercedes, for welcoming our son with open arms and guiding him to his bright future!

  • We couldn’t be happier with Adora! From the very first day, the staff made us feel our son was welcome and being cared for. The teachers are warm, patient, and genuinely invested in each child’s growth and happiness. My son looks forward to going every day. It is clean, safe, and filled with great activities that balance play, creativity, and education. Communication is fantastic — we always feel in the loop about our son’s progress through the Procare app. I highly recommend this daycare to any family looking for a great place to send their child.
