They told me my child was a “danger to other kids” calling almost everyday claiming he was hitting, we have been at a new daycare for about 3 weeks and they have said he is nothing but a joy. Not enough adults for the amount of kids for sure. They wanted him tested for autism and the other school is saying he shows not a single sign of having autism. Communication is not great, and they almost refuse to let you come inside which is a big red flag for me
meredith chismonJun 12, 2025Would give 0 stars if I could. I am not the person who leaves bad reviews, but when it comes to my babies, this mama bear is UPSET. If you like to know what’s going on with your kids and have good communication with your child care provider, do not take your kids here. They RARELY answer the phone. No one ever knows what is going on with your kids and can’t answer questions. The miscommunication started our first week when Mahogany told us we could go part time until our full time scholarship went through. She then went on maternity leave and we got a note sent home WEEKS later stating we owed over $700. When I called they informed me they don’t do part time and they don’t know why Mahogany told us this. Throughout the time there, there were a ton of times they didn’t communicate with us. When my twins turned 2 they put one of them in the 2 year old room and left one in the baby room. We weren’t informed they would be moving until we picked them up and they were in 2 different classes, and NO ONE could give us an answer as to why. They sent one of my twins home one day with a FULL diaper, I mean, about to explode. It was a number 2 and there was a dried ring of brown around his legs, so it had been there a while. Fast forward to last week, we moved to Conway because my mother had a stroke and we tried to switch daycares. I am a full time medical assistant in a doctors office, so daycare is very necessary for me. The first week we couldn’t get them to answer the phone at all. The next week, we finally got in touch with them, we discussed our balance, but Mahogany said she would call ABC and release us so we could transfer. So I call ABC to check on it and of course she never called. So I did a 3 way call with ABC and Mahogany and she refuses to release us! After she just told us she would. Straight up LIAR! I am so fed up with them and especially her. So if your kids are important to you, please do not send them to this hell hole.
