  • I have nothing but great things to say about Bright Oak. They made my family feel welcome from day 1. Our son started at just under 3 months and just left, with him at almost 11 months, due to our family moving. I would have stayed until he aged out, that’s how much we love Bright Oak! Ms. Pam reassured us since day 1 that it was going to be okay, our son would adjust, gave us updates constantly along with the unconditional love for our baby. Ms. Tracey provided him with all the love as well once she joined the class. Once our son moved rooms to Rolling Acorns, Ms. Shannea was on it. She was also still providing all the love and care we could possibly ask for. When Ms. Najiah started in the Rolling Acorns class, it felt complete. Our son had a group of teachers who showed him nothing but love and learning. If you ask me if you should send your child here, the answer is always a YES! Thank you Chandler & Audrey as well for hiring such amazing and loving staff that even didn’t work with our son & would greet him in the hallways. Send your child here, you won’t regret it.

  • We absolutely love Bright Oak!!! All four of our kids have attended and I can’t say enough about the care our kids have gotten. The teachers are so wonderful, they communicate with us throughout the day and send pictures on a daily. Couldn’t have picked a better daycare.

  • We pulled our six month old son out of this daycare after a month. Awful experience. They provide little to no updates throughout the day, the director is non-existent, and the ladies in the infant room just sit around on their phone all day with little to no interaction with the babies. For $325 a week, any other option is a better option.

  • We were lucky enough to have our son (age 2) accepted this past year, and he has thrived at Bright Oak! The staff are lovely and caring, and they have partnerships with our speech therapist's office so our son can get care at preschool (and i don't have to bounce all over Charleston getting him to his appointments). While the cost is a bit high, it's worth it for all of the extra enrichment that they provide.

  • Beautiful, bright and a clean space for a preschool. We have been extremely pleased with the level of care and communication the teachers and staff have provided since our daughter has been enrolled.

  • My daughter attends Bright Oak and I can’t say enough about how much we love this Preschool. She started at 5 months and quickly adjusted because of the care and attention shown by the ladies in her classroom. They go out of their way to share how my child is doing, what foods she’s liking/disliking, the progress she’s making in crawling/waving, etc. She often comes home with new skills or funny mannerisms, which is clearly a result of her teachers spending time showing her those skills. We get pictures of her regularly and sometimes videos if she’s close to landing a new skill like crawling. It feels like having a second family to support our daughter. Beyond our specific classroom, the Bright Oak facility and management are next level. The building and classrooms are always very clean, the team brings in opportunities for the children to try new activities like soccer or karate, and the children across all ages seem happy to be there. Teachers across other classrooms know my child because there is such a strong sense of community and each child is treated as an individual who matters. We’re excited to see our little one grow here over the years.
