The teachers and staff at Cadence Academy has cared for 4 of my children over the past 8 years or so. They treat my entire family as part of their family. We love the greetings in the morning when we walk in. My daughter gets excited every morning to go to school there and she is always greeted with so much love. Not only do the teachers communicate with us, but the directors do as well. They go above and beyond with extra activities and opportunities for the children and families. I recommend Cadence Academy to all my friends needing child care. I love listening to my daughter sing the songs she learns at school each day.
Christina Snuggs TylerMay 12, 2026Moving from NY to a new home was a big change, and I was so worried about how my son would handle the transition. The team here made it seamless. The teachers are so kind and truly invested in the kids' happiness. I love that they focus on real learning and independent play—the crafts he brings home are 100% his own work! Plus, knowing that his napping gear and toys are laundered weekly on-site shows how much they care about the environment the kids are in. Ms. Jenny and Ms. Lynda have been incredible supports for our family, always willing to help and keeping communication open. Seeing photos of him smiling on the Kaymbu app throughout the day makes my heart so happy. He is doing amazing, and we couldn’t be more thankful!
Cruz FamilyMay 11, 2026As a mom of three and a grandma of three, I am extremely disappointed and discouraged with this Daycare. My son‘s girlfriend moved down from North Carolina in November and since they live close by, chose cadence to care for her Four year-old and two year-old full and her kindergartener after school. within the first three weeks, we had been contacted that her oldest had taken a fall outside after school and thought he had broken a bone. Everybody immediately rushed there to get him to the emergency room and we were offered a view at the cameras because of course they were concerned About liability, I am sure. Not knowing anything negative, we declined to look at the cameras and accident is an accident. Fortunately, he had no broken bones.. Since November, my middle grandson has been sent home from the school at least once a week due to “bad behavior”. We have asked repeatedly to have his room switched because the teacher he originally had was not being very kind or being patient with him And even once his room was changed, these calls continued on a weekly basis where we were told that we had to come get him immediately, or he would be terminated and not allowed to return. My grandson is four he is a typical four-year-old who is rowdy and rambunctious and also gets very bored easily. And all my years of raising children and grandchildren, I have never seen a more lazy Daycare. There is no structure no learning nothing to keep him occupied and it seemed at the littlest convenience Even him taking his shoes off during the day mom or stepdad were getting calls to pick him up. Again, he’s not a perfect angel, but he is a four-year-old and they had zero patience with dealing with him. There were several incidents that we did not believe based upon his normal behavior and we asked repeatedly To view the cameras so that we could see what this behavior was being triggered by and all of those incidents we were declined of view at the cameras. When he is even at his worst at home, the behavior they were describing was not something we had ever witnessed. Daycare costs a lot of money and you want to know that your children are safe and being cared for and this clearly was not the case. There were other children i myself Witnessed kicking doors and throwing temper tantrums and they were just left on the floor to kick and cry while my grandson was sent home for bad behavior. There is no sensory room or workers that have patience in dealing with kids that need a little extra love. It clearly appeared to me after again many many years of raising my own children who are now adult and having grandchildren that this is a glorified babysitting job. None of the teachers other than Miss Brittany seem to have any interest in actually teaching and doing activities With These children. They open at seven and I was always there for drop off at 6:30 Waiting in the car with my grandkids and I would often see the majority of the teachers strolling in at seven or five after or 10 after seven. My grandson has now been sent to a different Daycare and after the first three days, he is a totally different child. Cadence terminated my grandson on Monday For more bad behavior“ Suspiciously 20 minutes after Mom sent in her two week notice that she was pulling all her children from the Daycare. She was able to get a spot for him on Wednesday at a new daycare and has been having great days this week. And the final straw is that Mom uses some money from the ABC program to help her pay tuition as a full-time working mother. According to the ABC program cadence never notified them of the days that my grandson was sent home literally 10 minutes after drop off And they instead retained those funds, even though he was not there to have meals or be cared for on those days. A complaint has been filed with ABC and we will continue to take further action. Advertising cameras and full view of your child whenever you wish and then being denied access to view those, especially when there is a Claim that a teacher laid their hand on your child is unacceptable.
Jenn CrenshawMay 8, 2026Cadence has truly become like a second family for my little one. From Ms. Sarah, Ms. Toria, and Ms. Britney to now Ms. Miranda and Ms. Jen, every teacher has shown her so much love and care. She’s been attending since December 2023, starting at just 18 months old, and I honestly can’t imagine her being anywhere else. They’ve all been like second moms when I drop her off each day, and it gives me so much peace of mind knowing she’s so loved. She has also learned and grown so much during her time there. We’re so excited for her next step into Pre-K with Ms. Lindsey and Ms. Julie! Ms Jenny and Ms Linda are the sweetest. Greeting every morning and every afternoon. Stepping into rooms to help everywhere. Knowing every child's name that walks through the door. Everyone is such a blessing ♡
Melanie RobinsonMay 8, 2026We genuinely LOVE Cadence. When our daughter started daycare earlier this year I was skeptical and afraid of leaving her. I had been a stay at home mom thus far and I wasn’t ready to trust others with her. Cadence made the transition so effortless and smooth. Her teachers are so genuine and kind with her. They are always playing with her hair, rubbing her back for nap time, and taking the time to genuinely care for her in a gentle manner like if they were her aunts or grand parents. Della has learned so much from her teachers, and shocks me daily when she starts pointing to an animal or counting to ten and I have no clue when or how she picked it up! Jenny, the director, is also such a sweet pleasure to work with. She is very hands on, always in the back assisting with the children and welcomes us each morning with an open office and big smile. We are so lucky to have found cadence for Della!
Abby KirschMay 21, 2025Mrs. Jenny and the staff at Cadence Academy have been a major part of my children's lives. I am at such ease at work when my kids are under their care. The staff is most importantly so loving and encouraging to the kids. They also communicate very well with parents and are very informative/transparent if there are any sicknesses going around. They put in extra effort to organize special events for the children which make great memories. They also provide information and photos to the parents on what activities they are doing throughout the day.
