Cadence Academy Preschool

Leaving our son to return to work as a first-time mom was incredibly difficult, but Cadence Academy completely erased my fears. Our two-year-old is thriving socially and emotionally, making beautiful friendships, and learning so much!! Now, transitioning our nine-week-old daughter into their care has been incredibly smooth and easy. I have total faith and confidence in the amazing teachers here. Knowing my children are deeply loved and cared for is an absolute blessing!

Very poor communication from this facility. I understand that children develop at different rates, especially at 2 years old, but I felt my daughter was falling behind on basic skills while attending here. After switching to a new daycare, she showed noticeable improvement within just a few weeks. One incident especially concerned me. A young blonde teacher accused my daughter of hitting another child, yet we were never contacted during the day about it. We only found out at pickup time. When I asked for an incident report, the teacher admitted that none had been filed. I was also upset to learn that while the other children were outside playing, my daughter was made to sit alone facing the wall. After this incident, that same teacher never spoke to my wife, myself, or even greeted my daughter again, while continuing to interact normally with the other children. The behavior felt very unprofessional and concerning. Overall, I strongly encourage parents to read the negative reviews carefully before enrolling their child here. Personally, I have serious concerns about the level of care, communication, and overall safety at this facility.

Cadence offers high quality childcare and early childhood education. My son loves his primary teacher, Ms. Dana. Cadence follows a curriculum where it’s clear what my child is learning. I love the transparency on what they’re doing and working on in the classroom. I like the convenience of the apps to check-in/check-out, pay tuition, receive messages, updates, and reminders. It’s always clean, and the management is warm and personable. The coffee bar in the lobby is a plus!

My child has attended this school since she was 6 months old, and now she graduates preschool this Saturday. It is and has always been very apparent how much the teachers and staff care for the education and well-being of the children that attend this school. I also greatly appreciate the diverse and positive environment, and the curriculum they teach. I feel confident that my child is not only ready for school, but ahead of the game.

I absolutely love Candence Academy! My son started in the toddler room and he still loves to go to school even years later…I will be very sad when we start big kids school and Candence is all he’s ever known. They have great communication with the parents and send home daily information about what they did all day along. The curriculum is fantastic and I know he is safe with them! He loves his teacher Ms Dana and we are look forward to summer camp as Candence Academy always has a jam packed fun summer session!!!
