Camden Kids Academy

I switched my little boy last Oct from a daycare in Sumter that he had been going to since he was 3 months old (He will be 2 this coming Sunday) cause I had started a new job in Lugoff. I knew this transition wasn’t going to be easy but it was way harder on me than I thought it would be. Every morning he cried and screamed while I got ready, dropping him off, I’d pick him up & he’d be screaming. The teachers kept reassuring me, give it two week, give it two weeks. I thought to myself what have I done, but multiple times before that two weeks was up, I went to pick him up & watched as the teachers didn’t know I had arrived, I just sat back and watched them console my little boy cause he was having a hard time adjusting. And at the end of those two weeks he had adjusted. The teachers here are absolutely amazing!!!! All teachers from all classrooms know each kid by name. This small well put together daycare is definitely where you want your child to be. From the observant teachers to the absolutely amazing office managers, they truly truly care about each and every kid. They take precautions when kids are sick and inform parents if something is going around. They use the app daily with all activities unlike other daycares and they post pictures of your kid so you can see through out the day sometimes. I could go on and on about all my amazing different experiences and stories with this daycare. They have cameras everywhere, passcode to get in & a privacy fence around both playgrounds. Again my little boy will be 2 Sunday and he already knows how to count to ten & what a horse, cow & chicken are as well as what sound they make. The fundamentals and learning these teachers provide is outstanding. This doesn’t feel just like a “daycare”, it feels like family with this staff. I am so thankful to have these teachers & office managers in my child’s life.

My son has been going here since he was 3 months old. He is now one and thriving at CKA. He loves his teachers especially Ms. Karlie and she is awesome with him. I receive notifications on his daily activities and photos which gives me comfort while I’m working. So thankful for the great care they provide :)

My 3 year old son has been attending Camden kids since he was two months old and we love it. He loves all the "teachers" and has made so many friends. His vocabulary is amazing because of all learning and attention the teachers give to the children. I honestly can't say anything bad about Camden Kids Academy.

My daughter has been going here since she was an infant! She loves it. Very attached to all the teachers. Everyone has a friendly face, & greets you with a smile. Highly recommended & very thankful to have them in my corner!

My little girl has been attending Camden Kids Academy for a few months now and we have loved our experience so far!! All staff is so caring and loving! 10/10 recommend!
