Chinique Brown is AMAZINGGG!!! I had to come in for an assessment and didn’t know what to expect. Thought it would just be some robotic person asking me questions but no. She talked to me, like really full on conversation full of compassion, understanding, love and wisdom!!! We need more people like her in the world!!! 🫶🏽
Clareon Green McGeeAug 6, 2026Hi I called before going and was told I would detox from alcohol with meds safely. That is why I drove 3 hrs I got there and there wasn't a even a nurse practitioner there . I would have had a seizure if I tried to stay there. The female staff were nice and it was clean but understaffed I guess. I would not recommend it if you go somewhere nicer you will be a lot better off. It wasn't good only because they don't detox you safely if you go there you better have a horseshoe with you for luck.

I highly recommend her to anyone who needs guidance.

Both the nurses up front especially Jazzy she is a sweetheart to me always giving me good advice always has something nice to say. And my counselor Steve which is always a hard ass on me but I deserve it thank you for everything Charleston center
Donavon DonofrioJan 8, 2026I've never had a rehab turn anyone down that asked for help. Well this place did! Me and my fiance asked for help because we wanted to go into a place for detox and because we was already on methadone they called us back right before we was about to come in and told us there isn't anything they could do for us because we was already on methadone! I've never heard of this!! I've never heard someone asking for help and being turned away because of the medication they're on!! That's in bad taste!! How could anyone be turned down that wants help, I've never heard of this!!
