My daughter attended this daycare for about 2 years, and one of the biggest positives was the teachers. We genuinely loved most of the individual teachers she had over the years, and they played a large role in making her experience a positive one. Unfortunately, our experience with the front office staff was consistently frustrating. Throughout the years, interactions with administration often felt passive-aggressive, unwelcoming, and difficult. Simple questions were frequently met with poor attitudes, and it was not uncommon to feel ignored when entering the building. Considering the cost of childcare, I believe families should be treated with professionalism, kindness, and respect. There was even an occasion where I had a disagreement with a staff member that later resulted in an apology because the situation had not been handled appropriately. While I appreciated the apology, it reflected a larger pattern of unprofessional communication that we experienced over time. When I decided to withdraw my daughter before the summer program, I was charged $285 because I had not submitted written notice, despite having provided verbal notice weeks beforehand. While I paid the fee and accepted their policy, what happened afterward was what ultimately solidified my decision to leave. After posting on Facebook asking for recommendations for a childcare facility that could accommodate both of my children so they could attend the same center together, I received a phone call from the owner. My post did not mention the daycare by name or make any negative comments about them. During the call, however, I was told that my “behavior” would cause them to lose a child and was pressured to remove my Facebook post. The conversation felt intimidating, unnecessary, and highly unprofessional. In my opinion, leadership sets the tone for an organization. Unfortunately, the attitude displayed during that phone call reflected many of the same concerns I had experienced with the front office staff over the years. While I am grateful for the teachers who cared for my daughter, my overall experience with administration left much to be desired. I wish the teachers the best and appreciate the care they provided my child, but I would encourage the daycare to focus on improving communication, professionalism, and customer service toward the families they serve.

You can see how much they genuinely love and care for the kids. It’s more than just a daycare, it feels like an extension of our family. We feel completely confident and comfortable dropping our son off each day, knowing he is safe, supported, and happy. Five stars isn’t enough!

The teachers are attentive and caring, with two teachers per classroom, ensuring a personalized experience for each child. The class sizes are small, allowing for a more focused learning environment. My daughter has been attending since she was 18 months old, and now, at 2 years and 7 months, she loves going. The center offers a playground with artificial grass, suitable for toddlers and older children, and a daily schedule packed with various activities, including lunch and nap time. I highly recommend this center. As a first-time parent, my husband and I are thrilled with our decision to enroll our daughter here. Initially, we felt guilty leaving her for extended periods, but now we're happy to pick her up a bit later, allowing her to enjoy the playground and socialize with her peers. One thing that really impressed us was the sense of inclusivity we felt, never experiencing any discrimination due to our Latino background, which is a truly valued experience nowadays. 🥰
