Education Express

My son attended this daycare and I would highly recommend nobody else make the same mistake I did by choosing education express. Mr. Jones needs to close this daycare he doesn’t have a passion for it. I wouldn’t send my pet turtle here.

For the past five months, it has been a joy to have my daughters attend Education Express. My two girls, ages three and one, like going to Education Express. Mr. Jones, Ms.Robinson, Ms. Johnson & the rest of the team, is exceedingly understanding and dependable. They provide great updates on my daughters when I pick them up whether it’s a growth update or a concern they have. It shows that they care and are paying attention. Throughout the summer, they offered activities such as the ice cream truck on Mondays and swimming/ a water activity on Fridays. I have had a great experience this far and would definitely recommend the Education Express daycare.

3/4 years ago this may have been the place to be but over the last 2 1/2 years it’s a JOKE ! As a former employee they are always leaving teachers out of ratio my son’s teacher would flat out leave the building . And to the person talking about the “ONE SITUATION “ that was a CERY BIG “One situation” that should NEVER happen in a daycare PERIOD!! And there’s been WAY mores since Do your research before spending money here it’s just a scam of a daycare there’s no confidentiality i had been having an issue and Mr. Jones told me “it’s no point she’s a crack baby “ ‼️‼️

This facility is a horrible establishment!!!! I have never seen so much janky and unorganized activity in a daycare in my life. My sons teacher was very young and inexperienced . Half of the time I did not understand what she was saying to me so I didn’t understand how she would be teaching children how to speak. I feel like Mr. Jones does not really care about the children and is just doing whatever to keep his daycare going. It may have been an okay place back in the day but when my child attended there it was a no for me. He got hurt and his teacher lied to me about how he got hurt. I ended up calling child protective services on the daycare smh. I do not recommend ! This daycare gets no stars !!

My three children have been attending this daycare for YEARS, one who also has special needs and honestly these are the only people I trust to watch them, they treat us like FAMILY .. my kids insist on going even the times when I don’t need them to! They keep them entertained, help with homework and of course throw frequent parties 😊 Mr Jones works with me when it comes down to paying, never presses ALWAYS understanding!! I love this daycare!! Some of these reviews are clearly made by people who are stating their opinion based off one situation that they HEARD about, but doesn’t actually have a relationship WITH the daycare at all smh DESPITE THE MISTAKE I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND .. its hard finding a facility that offers a loving family environment and Education Express offers just that!!
