Donna JonesAug 7, 2023Want do anything concerning a problem child biting other children but when a parent addresses the issue and concern because they will not keep said child away from other children their child gets dismissed. Staff members spouses get on Facebook and contact the parent for something that should have been kept in the work place. Then staff and owner refuses to meet with parents to discuss the dismissal. Your child or the parent are not safe with some staff members due to stalking by staff members spouses. Very unprofessional. This place use to be kids friendly when my daughter worked there but has went down hill
Vonda ChavisJun 1, 2023If I could get a negative star I would. Someone up there does not know how to treat little kids. Within two weeks I have a list of issues which include a diaper rash with abraded skin, they will let your children eat dirt, they will not wipe lunch your child off before laying them down for a nap at 2, and the worst I had to deal with was an adult left 5 finger print bruises on my 18 month old’s arm. The coordinator rambled about how someone was new and being trained and they were having to deal with a biter in the two-year-old room but no reason was given as to why my child had adult fingerprint bruises on his arm. They do not have security cameras which I found out until afterwards. Do not leave your child with these people your child will not be safe.
Step R.Jun 28, 2022i CALLED THIS DAYCARE TODAY AND I WAS VERY UPSET WITH THE RESPONSE FROM THE LADY WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE. I ASKED A SIMPLE QUESTION AND I FELT LIKE HER RESPONSE WAS VERY RUDE. CHILDCARE IS A HARD THING TO DEAL WITH ESPECIALLY WITH A 8 WEEK OLD BABY, SO I CANT UNDERSTAND HER LACK OF COMPASSION. I CALLED A LOT OF DAYCARE'S TODAY AND I APPRECIATE THE ONES THAT TRIED TO HELP BUT THIS WAS NOT ONE OF THEM.
