Well I guess you should read others reviews before sending you kids or grandkids to a place you don’t know about. I don’t recommend this daycare at all. I told the lady that I might be 15 minutes late on yesterday might be I said what’s the cost for being 15 minutes late they told me $125. Are you serious then on today? I owe two payments. I’m fine with paying that, but she wants me to pay three payments. She wants me to pay ahead of time every Monday so that mean if I pay on Monday and my kid be sick Monday through Friday that means they want money just cause even though the child isn’t going to be there no that’s a no no I don’t work for the Daycare or just to pay Daycare. I got more responsibility and at the same time I get paid every two weeks. Me personally I will not recommend this Daycare to anybody. I’m in the process of looking for a better Daycare and somebody who’s more reasonable, respectful and understands.
Tameka JamesJul 2, 2026My daughter went here for 1 week. In that one week my daughter was hurt 3 times. The first day I didn’t say anything. She came come with a bruise under her eye that surrounded a a small cut. Wednesday the school gave me an incident report in which the teacher and director acted nonchalant saying oh we are just going to have to watch her more. Well that’s kind of what I’m paying you for but okay. The teacher had told me she didn’t know how my baby had gotten a cut on her hand but she thinks it’s from the fence outside. Not to she mention the red mark on her face that the teacher saw but didn’t say anything about. Bc when I mentioned it she said ooh yeah, I saw that. By Friday when I picked up my baby she had bruises on her in a few different spots on her body and a long scratch on her arm. Someone at that daycare was putting their hands on my child. Don’t send your kids here.
MsD BabyDec 2, 2024My son has been going to this daycare since he was 2. He still goes there after school at the age of 6 and he still loves it. The staff is absolutely amazing and the director Mrs Sherri is wonderful. She addresses every question and concern. When my son started he was non-verbal and had many delays. The staff took their time with him and he is now flourishing. You can tell the teachers love the children and the children do love them, i often say they are magical. In addition to the facility always being clean and safe, To my surprise they have an entire room just for students like my son to have their therapies (speech, ot, phsycial...) in. It's truly a wonderful place.
Dawn MeriamApr 10, 2024The director is a joke. She made it difficult for me to be able to have an access code to pick up my son. Staff would act like I was a predator. Even after court documents were given to the director and the staff. She did not reach out to me personally about things concerning my son but another family member who happens to be 64 years old. Who’ve I specifically asked them not to discuss ANYTHING with. When speaking with the director about issues she would yell at myself and my mother. My son was given milk products here and he is highly allergic. I was told he was eating foods that he’s never ate like chicken and apples. My son is a very picky eater. He’s also a vegetarian. The facility is disgusting. When picking up my son younger kids had snot and mucus on their faces numerous times. Dirty diapers on the floor. Bathrooms look like porter potties. My son told me he was scared to go back to school and until this day I am not sure why. He has a speech delay. The only good thing about this daycare was the convenience of being near where my child’s father lived and ABC mouse. You can download ABC mouse yourself. I would never bring my child to this facility again. Or any future children. I would not recommend this facility to ANYONE.
Rosalyn SuarezFeb 14, 2024The are loving and caring and always make sure to stay on top of my twins who have ever changing medical needs...we love our baby room staff and our twins are in love with them as well
Crystal JonesJul 1, 2020After one week, my children were both scared to go back to school. When asked why, they told me their teacher had spanked them, as well as other children in their class. What's worse, the director didn't really seem surprised when I brought this to her attention and actually asked me what my children had done to bring on the spanking.
