I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share our experience. My daughter attended this daycare for about two months, and it was consistently stressful for both of us. She is neurodivergent and requires patience, consistency, and emotional support—things we did not experience here. She was terrified to go and clearly unhappy, which was deeply concerning as a parent. Communication was difficult, and I often felt like I was being given a hard time rather than supported. There was very little flexibility or understanding of individual children’s needs. The final straw was their strict drop-off policy. We arrived before the cutoff time, but by the time staff came to the door it was technically past the deadline, and they refused to let my child enter. There was no flexibility or consideration, despite us being on time. Ultimately, this environment was not a good fit for our family. I strongly encourage parents—especially those with neurodivergent children—to ask detailed questions about policies, flexibility, and how children are supported emotionally before enrolling.
