I'm disappointed to share that my granddaughter's experience at Kingdom Kids Child Development ended abruptly after 2 years. Despite her speech delay and occasional tantrums, I believe she deserved more understanding and support. Unfortunately, the staff seemed not trained to handle her needs, often calling us to pick her up due to 'not listening'. I've witnessed a lack of patience and questionable methods used to manage behavior. When my granddaughter was misunderstood and accused of cursing, I lost trust in their ability to provide a nurturing environment. My concerns were met with resistance, and ultimately, her enrollment was terminated by Mrs Holmes after I voiced my concerns with her. I suspect bias played a role, as another child involved in a physical incident with a staff member received no consequences, while my granddaughter was let go. I'm sharing this to raise awareness about the importance of trained staff and fair treatment for all children. If you are considering a childcare facility to supervise your children I would not recommend this location. The director Ms Holmes reacts off her emotions and not logical thinking.
Tiffany StockerApr 9, 2026My Granddaughter attends and I’ve seen such growth with her. She knew her letters since she was two and is more articulate. She even rehearses the wonderful things she learned. I simply love it and never seen a child that loves daycare like her which is preparing her for school. Oh I forgot to mention the food 😂. They feed the kids so good they just don’t accept anything from you. They like to eat better and real food. I love what I see in her since attending and even though my daughter moved, she still travels to this daycare. ❤️
Vicki ChesterNov 7, 2024The staff here is very attentive and caring. My son has made tremendous gains with his speech and social skills since attending here.
Valencia CondeApr 13, 2023Do NOT send your children here if you care about their well-being! My 1 year old son somehow made it out of the class, passed every adult in the building and to the front door almost walking out of the building before anybody found him! The director Mrs.Holmes told all the staff not to tell us what happened because she wanted to “investigate”. One of the teachers felt bad enough about the situation so they let me know 10 at night! Keep in mind that I picked my son up at 4pm and nobody said anything. So the next day my husband and I went to speak with Mrs.Holmes about what happened and she went to the back of the building and would not come out to speak with us. My husband had to force her to pull cameras so he could see exactly what happened. Not only did she not notify of the incident with my son but she also tried to cover it up and avoid me but she still wanted me to drop my son off. Just imagine how many things happen at this daycare that parents know nothing about!
