Love the teachers and staff, but the director here is terrible. She completely discarded when my daughter had been harmed and was continuing to be exposed to little boys showing their privates. I spoke to teachers, and administrators to let them know the issues my daughter had been telling me about (including other children that were being grabbed, groped, and exposed). When the director got involved I was told 'boys will be boys.' When I made it clear that that was unacceptable considering my child is being harmed and touched I was told she would speak to the parents of the child causing the issues. The next day I dropped my child off in her classroom I went directly to the director's office to see what was going to be done. She told me she had spoke to the parents, and was told to let me know he has a rough home life. After believing that I made myself clear and letting her know parents needed to be able to feel comfortable, leaving their children there for 10+ hours a day, all me or my daughter got for protection and or comfortability was being told that she would keep them separated in the classroom. I immediately pulled my child from that daycare! I had found out later that there were many DSS cases against this daycare. Do not send your children here! Unless your child can speak to you, or is comfortable enough, speaking to you about things that they try to push under the rug with the kids that they care for you may not even know it's happening
Amber FowlerJun 24, 2026The team at LMCD has been amazing in preparing my son for kindergarten. They truly care about both the education and well-being of the children. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a dedicated and caring staff for their child.
Roderick MilliganDec 30, 2024My son has been going since 7 months old. He's 4 now and I believe he's getting a lot of his smarts/skills from LMCD! My 1 year old daughter has been going since 4 months old and I see great development as well! The whole staff is great and makes you feel like family.
John GrafNov 20, 2024We love LMCDC! My son has been going there since he was 7 months old and he is now 4 and thriving! He learns so much every day they treat it like a “school”. My 1 year old daughter goes as well! All of the teachers are caring and the directors are so understanding and caring as well! 10/10 recommend!
Alisha AmberNov 13, 2024I cannot say enough good things about this place here. The Director herself is the icing on the cake but overall, this is a wonderful center! My daughter is currently one year Old and in the wobblers room. They do activities with the kids every day, take them on walks, and provide a safe and fun learning environment for our children. What more can you ask for? Having a Director that truly cares about any questions or concerns that you have is something often taken for granted, But April is one of the most sincere people I have ever met. Madison in the wobblers room goes above and beyond on a daily basis for our children, and I cannot speak highly enough of them. If you are looking for somewhere for your children, definitely check this place out!
Victoria TaylorNov 13, 2024LMCDC has been a wonderful place for two of my little ones for the past three years, and I can't express how thankful I am for their experience there. April and Audrey, the director and assistant director, are incredibly kind and understanding, always prioritizing the well-being of the children. Additionally, I appreciate that the center remains open for most of the year, making it much more convenient for working parents like myself.
