DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE!!
CjNov 5, 2022I called Monday and tried to enroll my child but was told I couldn’t do so until I viewed the facilities. I informed management of my work schedule making that basically impossible, and was told to call the next day on my lunch break to have a FaceTime tour. I called with no answer and couldn’t leave a message due to a full answering machine. I text the owner and sent him a message and didn’t get a response until Tuesday night informing me a lady came in on Tuesday and took the spot. The owner did this even though I tried to enroll my child Monday and he wouldn’t let me without the tour. I was willing Monday to pay my fees and all even if that meant I had to tour on Tuesday. I needed daycare and had already looked at pictures of the facility online and why I was ready to enroll on Monday before the lady came in on flipping Tuesday.
