  • I as honestly so worried about sending my 5 month old to daycare since I didn’t have to do that for my first child. I can honestly say that Miss Anna takes such good care of her and clearly cares so much for her that I’m not worried at all! They are always sending pictures of her throughout the day on app and my daughter is always so happy when we go to get her! It is such a relief to have people who care for your babies.

  • I do not recommend this daycare. My child attended here for 5 months. All was going well but I always felt like something was off. Teachers would always give me faces, and there was only one teacher who would be excited to take my child from me in the morning with open arms… my child felt her loving energy. It looked and felt like they just hate their job. Watching our children though is more than just a job. The child should feel loved, supported, etc. I don’t think my child liked this daycare and he def acted out and than was shamed upon & just “written off “ as a former employee said. Former employee said they would just write children off or lie on them just to get them terminated or simply because they did not like the child. I decided to pull him right away after hearing this. I’m simply writing this to let other parents know about this place & honestly I wish them the best. I hope they take what I’ve said honestly and into consideration if they want to remain open.

  • I wouldn’t recommend this daycare to anyone. And if your child goes here and is in the infant room I suggest you double think sending them. My 7 month old started Little Sprouts on a Friday. His first day his teacher didn’t even greet him. The aid in the classroom was wonderful and attentive. The main teacher didn’t even smile at him. There were a lot of baby sit-me-ups in the room. I told the aid that my son could sit on his own but she immediately put him in one of the containers. It was all very awkward. They didn’t ask when he last ate, how often he eats, or when his last diaper change was. I realized this when I had gotten to my car and had to go back in. Once I told them, they didn’t write anything down. Which is telling because they continuously fed my son a bottle every 1.5-2 hours even after telling them he ate every 4 hours. My main issue with this daycare is the lack of knowledge on DSS regulations and leaving my son to cry in his crib for over 55 minutes. Admitted to me by his teacher. When I went to pick him up early Friday, he was screaming in his crib. I picked him up and he was soaking wet with sweat and exhausted. I emailed the director that next day and never received a response. That following Monday I emailed again stating that I didn’t want my son left in his crib to cry. I received an email back stating that they would try and soothe him but it’s DSS regulation that they REMAIN IN THEIR CRIB THE ENTIRE NAP TIME. 11-1 and 3-4. This didn’t seem right to me, so I called Lori Moody the Regional Supervisor of DSS Licensing and she confirmed this is not a DSS requirement. And that it is enough to file a complaint. Once I informed the daycare that it wasn’t a DSS requirement, they responded with they called DSS too and they must have changed it. I’ve worked in childcare, this was never a thing. I don’t know if they are trying to cover themselves or what. They offered to try and work with me on my son’s nap schedule but the damage was already done. My son attended 2 days and both times I picked him up he was crying, horse and sweaty. He has been in daycare since he was 10 weeks old and I’ve never experienced this. Please be cautious. To summarize, the main teacher for infants acts miserable. She never interacted with my son. Didn’t tell him hi or bye on his first day. If that’s how she is, she needs a different profession. Communication is horrible. I recommend the teachers writing down when each kid last ate and how often they eat. Because my 8 month old doesn’t need 5 bottles in the span of 6 hours. They put kids in containers. My son can sit on his own and they had him in a bouncer and a baby sit me up. The room is way too small for all the kids they have crammed into that room. They leave babies in cribs to scream for over an hour. This was my experience. I was told that they now know it isn’t a requirement but I can’t confirm they aren’t doing this still. I will say, I am thankful that they worked with me on releasing my son’s ABC voucher’s early. They get credit for that as they could have required him to attend for two weeks. I also want to add that they never answered the phone e when I called. And the aide didn’t want to pass along information to the teacher or Director, she said she didn’t want anyone to get mad at her.

  • My baby girl LOVES the Little Sprouts Learning Center! She’s currently a silly sprout with Katie and Autum and she couldn’t love her teacher more. She’s beyond excited to go to school everyday. Definitely the best place around to send your little one!
