I really don’t know where to start. Ms. Dawn (Owner) is amazing. I can’t explain how much this woman saved my life. She’s always doing something to ensure that the kids are safe. My son is now six. He started when he was two. He thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to attend Bible school. My two year old daughter has been there since she was 6 weeks. My daughter’s level of intelligence is already on a 4K - 5k level. My kids are extremely smart because of the time that her staff took to teach them various things. I don’t regret sending them here at all. There’s no perfect daycare facility, but this one was PERFECT for my family and I. Thank you Merryland for all that you’ve done. 🫡
Quantaysha JohnsonJun 5, 2025This is the worst daycare I have ever experienced. My nephew isn’t a bad child at all. What I’ve experienced from picking him up from daycare is insane. He was screaming from the top of his lungs as if someone had hit him. Eyes puffy red with fear in his eyes as if we was hurting. Also experienced on another day a child was being spank on by one of the staff this daycare and this child was also screaming uncontrollably. I don’t recommend anyone bringing their kid here.
Bayyinah WattsApr 19, 2024This daycare treated my 3 year old cousin very poorly. They left him sitting in dried feces when he got sick and did not attempt to assist my cousin when she came to pick him up with getting him cleaned up and ready to go. Then they took it a step further, and started talking disrespectfully to her on Facebook when she shared her experience other people started commenting with their horrible experiences. I do not recommend putting your little one here
Call Me QueenSep 24, 2023I just had one of the worst experiences as a mother picking my son up from daycare today. @MerryLand Day Care called me at 9:40 telling me that my son threw up. I arrived at the daycare at 10:00 to pick him up. I walk in and my son was sitting down on a chair, and the look on his face alone hurt me so bad. He just looked so sad. I then go to hold him, and realize that my son has DRIED UP FECES LITERALLY FROM HIS BUTT DOWN TO HIS FEET AND IN HIS SHOES!!! I show his teacher and she says “i’m sorry I didn’t realize or I would have changed him” and went on about her business. No care, No remorse. I had to send my daughter behind her to ask her for his change of clothes, wipes, and an extra pull up just so i clean him enough so he could have a comfortable ride home. First of all, a blind man can tell my baby pooped on himself because of the smell of the room. Secondly, how often were you checking on him to NOT NOTICE he pooped on himself? Because if u were checking on him regularly like u should have, u would have CLEARLY SEEN AND SMELLED POOP ON HIM! As a mother, we send our babies to school hoping these teachers love and care for them!! My son was neglected in the worst way and i’m so hurt and I feel so guilty. My son will not be returning to that facility. I AM DISGUSTED!! My son has been going there for 3 weeks. He is 3 years old. Every morning I drop him off I pray to God to show me the things my son is not able to communicate to me . Although I’m hurt my baby had to go through this, I’m so thankful that god answered my prayers and showed me exactly what i needed to see, this isn’t the school for him.
Tee MoniqueJul 27, 2023We absolutely love the care and attention that our child gets every day here. She was welcomed with love and friendship. This was one of the best decisions that we made almost 2 years ago. I can say with confidence that I trust the owner and staff to love and care for my child every day. Thank you Merryland for everything that you do!
