Ms. Danita and Ms. Brittany are two of the most amazing childcare workers I have ever met. My son is autistic. It takes very special people to be able to deal with him on a consistent basis. We've left three other daycares in South Carolina because they just didn't have the ability to be able to deal with him. These two angels took the time to get to know him and understand his needs. All of the staff did phenomenal with him. They didn't just put him in a corner and turn on a TV. They engaged with him and protected him when he needed it most. They taught the other children how to interact with him and made sure everyone was safe.Their patience and kindness has truly touched our lives. Are there difficulties with billing? Yes. Cash is the only real way to pay and there aren't billing statements. However, their pricing is more than fair and affordable. You have to hold on to every receipt, but I'm telling you, it's all worth it to have that tiny smile greet you when you come for pickup. These folks are incredible. Their hearts are all in the right place and it shows consistently each day. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you for doing what you do and doing it so well!
Rachel WardApr 15, 2020Do Great with the kids...however its a business, they don't run it like a business. Can not pay with card (really annoying) give them a check and they hold it for 3 to 4 weeks before they cash it, OR give them cash but that is a pain (who carries cash anymore?) Seems like the balance owed to the daycare changes every month. My kids go there every day and there is between 29 and 31 days in a month...how does the bill vary by 100 bucks plus or minus per month. Want to be clear that its not the amount they charge me that is the issue. It is the transaction of the payment that is not well managed. I want a website I can see my balance and pay the bill online. it would make this 1000000 times better (and the owner could save money on office staff...
