  • I wanted to take the time to say that this school did an amazing job with my son. My son was in Ms. Kodi’s pre-k class for the 2025-2026 academic school year and the amount of things he learned and memorized within a short time frame, I was impressed. Ms. Kodi is amazing, cares for the kids in her class and ensures that have an understanding of rules and expectations to help them grow. I would highly recommend sending your child here, especially if your child is preparing for Kindergarten. The staff is all amazing and of course thank you to Ms. Kodi, Ms. Kim, Ms. Angela, Ms. Ashton, Ms. Breyonce, Ms. Elsie, and Ms, Paulina for making my sons school year one he will never forget with all your help!

  • My wife and I had our youngest son at PCA for about 2.5 years and could not have been happier. You can tell that everyone there truly cares for the children and wants the best for them. Ms. Kim is the director and is great to work with. Ms. Kodi was our last pre-k teacher and was fantastic. It's rare to see someone as patient and loving as she was with all the kids. I would not hesitate to go back or recommend to friends or family.

  • PCA has been the absolute best daycare for my daughter. She loves coming to school and learning every day. Daycare drop off had always been so difficult before PCA, but it has finally been easy here because my daughter knows she’s loved and cared for. All of the teachers are so helpful and caring. The owner, Ms. Kim, is always present and always helping. She knows when a child needs some extra love and always has hugs to give. Mrs. Kodi teaches 4K and has been the best teacher we could ask for! Our daughter has learned so much and is already reading and writing before kindergarten! Mrs. Kodi is always warm and inviting and makes learning fun! We’re so thankful we found PCA and it has made all the difference for us!

  • I toured 9 other preschools before settling on Palmetto Children's Academy in Rock Hill for my 4yo son. It wasn't that the other schools were bad or anything but none of them brought me a sense of relief or comfort like PCA did when I walked into the lobby. Even my 8yo daughter who tagged along for the tour commented as we entered inside how much she wish her preschool had a large play area like PCA does. Both of my kids, as well as myself, liked how simple but cute the wall murals are throughout the school. I love that the kids all gather together in a larger room at the front when they have their (included with tuition) morning snack, lunch and afternoon snack. They use a great curriculum which besides teaches the children reading etc, its also focused on instilling values like kindness, compassion, empathy and more. My son always comes home telling me about story time and playing outside and what he did with his new friends he has made there. I cannot stress how much I love the staff!! Kim, the director has over 30 years experience of owning and managing her own early development program. My son's teacher, Miss (Mrs/Ms?) Kodi is so sweet and thorough. She has over 15 years experience if I'm remembering correctly as an early childrens educator. The school utilizes fingerprint entry for the parents, cameras as well as secured doors to keep all the munchkins safe. The staff communicates with the families via an app that's easy to use, free and secure. Miss Kodi as well as Kim are great about updating through the app regularly if not daily. Kim really loves what she does. It truly shows in how the children run to her for hugs, how she greets each parent, siblings of students etc by name and more. I am so happy I kept searching for "the one". I've been a stay-at-home-mama for over 8 years now and had anxiety about sending my baby to school, but Kim, Kodi and everyone else at PCA have brought me so much peace and calm about this new transition for not only my son but myself as well.

  • I started my son at PCA when he was 3 months — anyone who’s done it knows how difficult/emotional that can be! Ms. Kim (executive director) made a point of being there on our first day to make the transition smoother, and he has now been going for 3 months. Ms. Kathy and Ms. Jennifer are his teachers and they give me so much comfort, my son loves them and I can breathe easier knowing that he has responsive and caring teachers during the day. They text me to check in with pictures of my son throughout the week (which I love!!) and are easy to talk to when it comes to making changes to my son’s schedule. Being a working parent is hard, but knowing my son is genuinely cared for at daycare gives me so much peace of mind.

  • My two boys have been attending Palmetto Children’s Academy for a few months now and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! My oldest child was previously in a different daycare and hated going but here, he walks right in, no tears or pacifier needed, running straight to his teacher to hug her! The staff is compassionate and patient and truly love investing in your children! There infant classrooms are always clean and I’ve not had one issue out of my youngest! My children are excited to go and learn! I highly recommend this facility!
