  • If I could leave fewer stars, I would. Over the phone, the director seemed very friendly but things quickly changed once our children started attending. There was a continuous cycle of new care providers coming in after being run off from the facility. In the year my children attended i believe there were at least 10, possibly more, hired/fired/quit from this establishment. I could tell Ms. Robin was standoffish but I give people the benefit and told myself it's just her personality. Over the summer we got a terrifying call from the police around 3pm telling us that my children were in the hospital on suspicion of child abuse because of a bruise on my daughter's elbow. Ms. Robin never even asked us about it before calling the police and having our children taken nor did she inform us that our children had been taken from daycare around 9am. Our children were put in the foster care system for what was supposed to be 6 weeks. The DSS caseworker was an angel who was able to prove our innocence and get our children back 3 weeks early. During those 3 weeks Ms. Robin no longer wanted our children to attend the daycare because of whatever reason which really rubbed me the wrong way because how are you banning the children because you think they were abused?! Wouldn't you want to keep an eye out for them if you genuinely felt they werent safe? She washed her hands of my innocent children because of crimes we never committed. She told me as a mandatory reporter, she had to report the bruise which I could understand except she doesnt always follow this rule. I saw with my own two eyes another toddler with a BRUISED FACE she never reported yet a small bruise on my daughter's arm called for all of this?! I forgot to mention my daughters are biracial and I'm nearly certain that prejudice was part of the reason the police were called on my children. We dont spank, yell at or abuse our children in any way. We paid their tuition, supplied extra goodies for the children in their class and always picked up and dropped off on time. I've asked myself 100 times what we did to deserve what happened to our family. My girls and my family were utterly traumatized and i didn't want to share because of the pain this situation caused us but I feel like other parents should be made aware of what could happen to your family if you send your kids here. I've attached photos of the bruise with the toy my baby fell asleep on that caused the bruising so you can see for yourself the reason she had my babies thrown in foster care.

  • Started great Ms. Robin seemed like a caring Christian woman. Slowly things starting changing and by the end my infant was wearing diapers 2 sizes to big that weren't hers and drinking bottles that weren't hers. I'd send diapers and bottles every week but saw multiple times her in diapers that weren't hers and being fed bottles that weren't hers. She came home almost every single day reeking of formula with formula stained on the top of her onsies. They didnt have an explanation for it even though i explained this never happened anywhere but here. My son liked it here but they didn't help with potty training at all and he wasn't given enough drink throughout the day so he came home super thirsty and dehydrated. He came smelling horrible like he had sat in poop all day many times. At the end Ms. Robin did not care about who she hired to watch the children all she cared about was the money.

  • My son Alton went here for about two years before starting 4K. Mrs. Robin is awesome and loved my baby like her own, her staff is great too. Always recommend this place to people

  • As a 31 year old woman my brother and me attended robins nest daycare in the 90s and I would love to say this was one of my safe spaces. They would literally pick us up from Claude a Taylor elementary after school and take us straight to daycare, never had to worry about getting there safely. (Not sure if pickup service is still available or maybe I’m just telling my age lol) but i now have a 10 yr old daughter who I thankfully never had to put In daycare but I would’ve definitely choose robins nest. The day my mom told ms robin and her daughter Kathy that me and my brother would no longer be attending it was instant tears. I literally have soo many memories there I would be here all day ❤️❤️ Highly recommended

  • This is my sons first official week with Mrs. Robin and her staff I am already in love with this daycare. Everyone is super nice and loving . My son has had issues with separation and only stays with certain people I have absolutely no problem with him wanting to go to daycare. He looks forward to seeing his teachers and his friends . It is so relaxing as a parent to know that your child is 100% loved and taken care of and I am so glad that he had an opportunity to come here. Although it has only been a week for us I look forward to getting to know the staff and to continue to watch my child make leaps and bounds like he has this last week. I would not pick anywhere else.
