Spartanburg Christian Academy

Excellent school from 3K up. We have had our young children at SCA from their 3K program and our eldest will be in 1st grade next year. Each and every teacher has been lovely and truly invested in our children. The wisdom the teachers carry in the profession, as well as in their own parenting has been invaluable. I have loved the relationship the teachers have pursued with not only our children, but also with us. The "extras" the teachers build into their curriculum and the celebrations and birthdays... its just all been so lovely. On top of it all, to have a Christ-centered education has been so encouraging and uplifting, and invaluable in today's world. We could not be happier and look forward to growing with SCA.

We are grateful that our kids were able to join this school. After having moved across several states and being in other private Christian schools, we think this is the best school. There is a strong focus on academics as well as building character and Christian principles. There is a also plenty of opportunities for extracurricular activities such as academic groups as well as a variety of sports. I would highly recommend this school to anyone looking for a better education for their children.

My daughter will graduate class of 2023 from SCA she has been there since first grade. She has recieved the education and Christian world view that has prepared her for college. My family has faced some extreme hardhsips while my daughter has been at SCA. We lost her father in April of 2018 and SCA rallied around both of us. Rob McDonald our headmaster dropped what he was doing that Sunday morning and was at our house. Mrs. Krisila Foster sent out and email to the parents and offered to bring their children to the funeral so Delaney could be surrounded by her friends on one of the hardest days of our lives. Even now her teachers reach out to her and she knows all she has to do is ask and they will sit and talk and pray with her. While I truly believe she has recieved one of the best educations that Spartanburg County has to offer this school is so much more. Trust me when I say not everyday is rosey, some of the kids don't get along. Some can be mean. Your kids will have bad days just like anywhere else. I raised my oldest in public school so I know both sides of the coin. I am thankful that we made the decision to put our daughter at SCA.

The academics and true 'care' from all of the teachers at this school is really outstanding. The XC and Track teams and coaches have been a complete God send to our teen as well. Thank you SCA!

If you are looking for a school that offers it all from a biblical foundation to an awesome music and arts program, highly competitive sports teams and a safe and nurturing environment this is the place for you! 13 years and counting with this incredible school.
