My daughter went here for months & I really enjoyed them at first . Until my daughter was kicked out with no notice at all. I received a TEXT in the middle of my work day saying she could no longer go because she disrupts nap time. The director had called me once before & that was all. Her teacher would make brief comments about her not napping & disrupting here & there but no one ever stated she would be kicked out do to this. It was never even hinted at . Once i voiced my feelings of it being unprofessional & inconsiderate (considering I’m a single mother with no other child care & there was no heads up what so ever not even a full 24 hours) I was told that professionalism is for the good of the whole not the individual? The director is extremely unprofessional & because of the lack of any consideration of others lives (ya know going to work to put food on the table) I would never recommend anyone send their child here. Especially over a child not napping well but making no efforts to help or resolve the situation. The teachers are great (from what I’ve seen) but the management ruins the whole thing.
