  • After being involved in a car accident, I pulled into this daycare’s parking lot just to safely get out of the road and handle the situation. Instead of any kind of concern or basic human decency, a staff member came out and immediately told me I couldn’t be there. When I explained that I had just been in an accident, her response was incredibly rude and dismissive, even saying something along the lines of “do you want to get hit again?” I understand businesses have policies, but the complete lack of empathy in a situation where someone could have been hurt is really concerning—especially for a place that cares for children. I would hope staff are trained to handle stressful situations with a bit more compassion and professionalism.

  • I love this daycare facility! I have a 6 year old who attends after school care there and 2 year old twins who attend daycare there. They go above and beyond for our family. My kids are always happy to go and I trust them!! Thank you Tender Years!!

  • I instantly loved the set up of this place! I like the fact that there is a separate cafeteria for the kids to eat rather than in the room where they nap. The staff and Mrs. Susan are great and friendly. My daughter has learned to identify letters and trace her name with in the past year. They are always doing at least one craft a day and playing with age appropriate toys to help build their motor skills. If you are looking for consistency as well as a structured routine for your child, I highly recommend Tender Years Daycare!

  • Dirty, unsanitary and slack ownership. My kids stayed sick here. Constantly. The owner forced her employees to bring their kids In with RSV. My son had every sickness possible here. They closed constantly due to being unsanitary and wanted you to pay for it. My son was bit 12 times within a week and a half. Yet when he bit a kid back was kicked out. Come to find out her daughter was telling her friends he was kicked out bc it was her son. Teachers are amazing, I feel sorry for how they’re treated when they love the kids like their own. The owners a joke. If you value your job and don’t want the risk of being fired due to the constant closings while They “clean” or have training during business hours to prevent paying employees over time stay away.

  • My child has been going to TY for almost 4 years now. We absolutely love it there. Unlike others, we've never had any issues with the staff or owner, Susan. In fact, over the years, I've become friends with several staff members at TY and parents of my child's classmates. Truly, Susan has some great ladies working for her and I can't imagine taking my child anywhere else.
