The Goddard School of Mount Pleasant

We enrolled our son at Goddard when he was just over a year old, and since then he has had tremendous growth. The staff was so caring with him as he adjusted and now allows him to thrive. They are always eager to help and focus on what's best for the kids.

I would highly recommend this childcare center to any parent looking for a safe, nurturing, and loving environment for their child. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth and care that the teachers pour into every single day. They go above and beyond to make each child feel seen, valued, and supported. What truly stands out is how incredible and heartfelt the teachers are. They don’t just care for the children—they genuinely connect with them, encourage their growth, and celebrate their little milestones like they’re their own. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing my child is surrounded by people who truly care. This center isn’t just a place for childcare—it’s a place where children are loved, guided, and inspired.

If you’re the kind of parent who struggles with the idea of dropping your child off somewhere all day, The Goddard School is truly something special. From the moment you walk in, it feels incredibly warm and welcoming, and you can just tell how much the staff genuinely cares. There hasn’t been a single day where I didn’t feel confident that my kids were loved, understood, and so well taken care of. The directors are absolutely extraordinary, the staff is always patient and responsive (no matter how many questions or calls you have), and the teachers truly love what they do — and it shows every single day. And if you’re lucky enough to get Miss Katie or Miss Bell, you definitely won’t regret it… just don’t expect to pick your kids up early, because they won’t want to leave. It’s such a comfort knowing your children are not just being watched, but truly supported and cared for. Couldn’t recommend them more.
